A Pastor Appreciation gift from a dear church member. The words are from Pilgrim’s Progress, Part 2: “A man there was, tho’ some did count him mad. The more he cast away, the more he had. I didn’t discover the Shorter Catechism until my early twenties. As I committed the questions to memory during my seminary studies, I kept asking myself, “Where has this been all my life?” Nothing has shaped me more as a man and a minister than the WSC. These short episodes will go a long way in deepening your faith and the faith of the next generation. Thank you to the Banner for producing this resource for the church!
