Recently started watching @GravanoTheBull's videos and was pleasantly surprised to discover that he lives in Arizona (alongside many Italian-Americans from NYC, myself included). I know that he's no longer in the life, yet Arizona still feels a little bit safer nonetheless.
Side Note: POTUS Eiselen will change the names of the following ASAP if not already done:
---
Lake America ⮕ Lake Ontario (orig.)
Gulf Of America ⮕ Gulf Of Mexico (orig.)
Dept. Of War ⮕ Dept. Of Self Defense (new)
---
Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter!
The Revs. @RevFisk & @JoelWebbon remain my designated confessors if The Lord obliges my return to politics & elected office. Si Deus Vult: I again pray they be acquainted (as I believe they will find much consensus), and I believe Fisk could be a great @nxrstudios collaborator.
The resolution to the 'official #world_map' controversy is obvious: an interactive 3D globe (e.g. Google Earth) based on the WGS84 geodetic coord system (i.e. as Google Earth utilizes). It's the most accurate, scientific, ubiquitous, and/ergo obviously neutral representation.
Progress teasers of modelling work on @BelleIsleCity's Expo-Fair District; whose palaces will be utilized for conferences, conventions, museums, exhibitions, and other events a/a. Some texturing & detail work pending as well as landscaping, but major gains nonetheless.
Trivia for @VDAREJamesK: Several of the Expo-Fair palaces and lagoon waterfront were modelled while listening to your videos; e.g. much of the Númenor Palace was done between episodes 156 & 157.
@AtelierMissor_ When this project is underway, I hope to keep you all busy with many sculptures planned for the island. One example is a 1:1 replica of 'Charlemagne et ses Leudes' in bronze (gilded xor French brown patina) at a similar position in the plaza of St. Christopher's.
I pray that the Rt. Revds. @RevFisk & @JoelWebbon connect with each other & find what I believe will be much concord WRT Church & State. Especially as both are honorable, based, & steadfast American pastors with longtime significant influence on the web & in their resp. denom's.
Two benefits of being wrongly flagged & muted as a spam account last month by an @X mod bot is that I much less often scroll through public slop, and can no longer contribute my own. Thanks @elonmusk & @XDevelopers for immunizing me from (most) productivity loss using your app!
Also B.S. "temporary label"; check the relevant @Reddit threads @XDevelopers and you'll see that this issue is scaling among the user base (especially @brave users as I suspect occured with me); as well as that verified & premium users who appeal & resolve the label remain muted.
One of many inspirational LLM generated concept renderings produced by Alicia featuring her excellent @UrbanCourtyard concept. This is basically my vision and intentions for Cleveland's lowrise neighborhoods and others throughout the rebuilt rustbelt; from Rockford to Rochester.
Jefferson Borough, planned for development around the same time as @BelleIsleCity, will contain ~9.6 sq mi of mixed & exclusive residential use; as depicted below. Mid/High rises only along the coast. Elegant affordable SFH neighborhoods with @UrbanCourtyard main streets inland.
Urban Courtyard rendering c/o @UrbanCourtyard's account: of which I greatly recommend visiting for more information on the excellent Urban Courtyard concept & movement; and of course MANY more very inspirational renderings of UC developments depicted in cities throughout the USA!

Númenor is clearly fallen to shadow and starting to sink. Some of us are right now drafting the plans for Gondor & Arnor. I accept that the USA is, as a whole, toast; ergo my efforts are now focused on R&D of realizing its successful successor states.

Even if we need to found, fund, & foster new companies operating via America First principles that successfully outcompete the same foreign occupied counterparts which laid us all off. No more HR: Personnel Office. No more DEI nor ESG: America First. @robbystarbuck

I will have my justice in a manner related to @AlaskanAugustin's comment: Assist with the founding, funding, development & success of new US companies (plus in my case: cities where they reside) of which are explicitly America First and operate per America First principles.

Let's be nice, for now... I have plans on annexing Windsor to Detroit s.t. they plus Belle Isle make Greater Detroit resemble Osgiliath from LOTR:

Cool, the clock spun back to the 1400s s.t. we can found whatever new dominions we can manage to claim, secure, & hold WRT men, resources, & capacity thereby. In my realm, we have nothing but nice things, because fatherless behavior is severely punished worse than in Singapore.

Rule #0 For Successful Urban Planners: Have a force of will & creativity which exceeds that of the mid-level mid-wit politicians, bureaucrats, and activists who kill anything fun, ambitious, and/or beautiful.
