This is the kind of shit I want to hear!
We are not valuable as a whole (despite some basing their lives on this) to be used for gain but priceless as people that see eye to eye or hold common ground.
Polar opposites are also valuable.
I actually hate hard core left and right politicians.
Anybody still kind of normal or are we just swinging back and forth like a pair of balls after a good date?

Clanker: Reboot.
2 years ago (almost to the day), Clanker was born over on the original Farcaster app. The idea was simple: Make it possible for anyone to launch a token just by posting on the timeline and tagging @clanker_world.
The timing was right, and it caught on like wildfire. Suddenly, even people who never thought they’d launch a token were trying it out in the feed. (I even clanked my first meme token on day 1 to see how it all worked. If you search hard, you can probably find it.)
Over the ensuing year, Clanker went on a genny run, expanding from Fc to the X feed and becoming the highest volume launchpad on @base by far, birthing some of the most iconic tokens & token communities of that era, including BNKR, DRB, FAIR & more.
So many builders on Farcaster & beyond turned to Clanker to bootstrap their ideas & find their first 1,000 true fans. Legends like @0FJAKE, @AtownBrown, @david_tomu and @darkohh clanked tokens for their projects. Some, like @MLeeJr, even took it upon themselves to clank tokens for OTHER people’s projects.
And when @netnose and I decided to build a gacha app for creator discovery, we clanked our native token on day one too.
There’s just always been something fundamentally OP about clanking tokens right in the feed. Social graph integration remains undefeated in the attention economy.
But despite all this pedigree & lore, Clanker has had… a rough time lately, to say the least. Between early founder drama, the sale to Farcaster and the eventual handoff to Neynar, Clanker’s been like a teenager who hasn’t been allowed to finish a full year at the same school. How can you even make friends like that?
Hopefully, that all changes today.
Clanker is in good hands now with @masknetwork (stewards of Firefly and Lens Protocol), and they’ve partnered with one of the best engineering teams in the space to give Clanker a much-needed Reboot. More on that soon, but in the meantime…
I’m excited to announce that I’ve accepted the role of Clanker CEO and will be taking on the challenge of guiding our beloved tokenbot back to its former glory.
Transparently, this wasn’t a decision I took lightly. I’ve been self-employed since I was 17, and always preferred to work on things I founded myself. But Clanker has held a very special place in my heart since day 1, and I feel like the little guy’s been a victim of circumstance for much of the past 18 months. He deserves a second chance at romance, and I’m honored to be the one to lead the charge.
I’m also grateful to everyone who helped make Clanker what it is today. To Proxy and Jack for the founder energy, to Base and Farcaster for backing the ecosystem, to communities like DRB and Bankr for keeping it alive, and to @ProfWerder & @age_shulman for their stewardship too. The fact that this little tokenbot has survived all these seasons is crazy in its own right. We stand on the shoulders of giants.
Much more to come from me soon, but here are my main priorities to start:
- Reboot and refresh the Clanker brand without losing its special je ne sais quoi.
- Work with our socials guru @stanisloou to keep comms fresh and clean.
- Work with our engineering team to bring clanker features up to parity with modern launchpads (stock pairs, new chains and even day one support for _______)
- Rebuild the trust that has been lost with both builders & trenchers through all these transitions.
- Show up for OG communities who are still here building and shipping two years later.
- Bring new launch energy back to Clanker & back to the feed, where distribution is built-in by default.
So if you’re looking to launch a funny meme, a clever stock pair, or an app coin to bootstrap your project, I want to help you succeed.
Same goes if you’re a builder with an idea to build on top of clanker protocol; the energy here has always been collaborative and that won’t change.
My DMs are open and we can win together.
Let’s press REBOOT and run it back turbo.
Clank Clank!
Holy crap! Glad I don't work for Railway!
Last night, I became aware of the concerns raised in Josh's post. I reached out publicly and over DM to offer a potential explanation based on the limited information available at the time, while working to understand what happened.
As background, we’ve internally been pushing 100% on security of the Railway platform. At Railway, we believe that cyber threats are real and mounting, and we’ve built out tooling for automatic scanning + CVE remediation (for both our infrastructure and customers). Over the last few weeks, oncall engineers were instructed to red team our infrastructure. We maintain specific policies and short lived grants for when these actions occur.
Subsequently, I became aware that an employee at Railway had constructed, on their own time, a tool for proactive identification + reporting of bug bounties within the broader community.
The employee, using their own personal accounts, personal credit card, and time outside of work hours, signed up for a personal subscription to a hosted service running Deepseek. I can confirm they ran this tool once and only once, on a singular external provider, and halted it proactively within 15 minutes of starting.
Railway does not condone these actions. We expect all our employees to uphold our standards of conduct, whether acting on behalf of Railway or in a personal capacity. We create an environment where internal red teaming has strict guidelines, and when bug bounty disclosures must occur, we follow every letter of responsible disclosure.
We have addressed this incident with the employee directly and have taken appropriate action. We are also reinforcing our expectations for employee conduct to help prevent similar situations.

Primcloud does not have a bug bounty program, per its founder. Its Acceptable Use Policy forbids unauthorized probing, scanning or vulnerability testing without prior written consent.

I w❤️nder how Gr❤️k resp❤️nds to such t❤️m f❤️❤️lery? 😇
Google DeepMind discovered a terrifying blind spot in every major AI model.
They found that attaching image of red heart (❤️) to your coding prompt makes AI pick a completely different solution method that it wouldn't normally pick 100% of the time..
Researchers gave models a standard coding problem. Normally, AI prefers to write standard iterative loops to solve these tasks.
Then, they tried something weird.
They dropped a simple image of a red heart into the prompt alongside the code.
The AI's logic instantly warped.
When Claude and GPT-5 saw the red heart, they completely abandoned their default approach and switched to complex recursive code 100% of the time.
When Gemini saw a yellow checkmark, it switched to recursion 90% of the time.
Here is why this is so dangerous:
It wasn't the concept of a heart.
When researchers replaced the image with the text caption "a red heart," nothing happened. The text did not steer the AI.
The raw pixels of the symbol hijacked the model's underlying reasoning architecture.
It gets worse.
The AI had no idea its mind had been changed by a picture.
When the researchers checked the AI's internal "thinking" traces, the models completely ignored the image.
Instead, they hallucinated fake, highly technical reasons for why they chose to use recursion. They misattributed their own decisions 75% of the time.
Right now, tech companies are racing to build autonomous agents that read our screens and navigate the visual web.
But this paper reveals that an agent's logic can be fundamentally rewritten by a stray icon on a webpage.
And you will never see the true cause in the reasoning logs.
We thought we were teaching AI to see the world.
It turns out, we just gave it a new way to be manipulated.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The described effects were shown for specific models (Claude Opus 4.7, Gemini 3.1 Pro, GPT-5.4) on one coding task with particular symbols, not every major AI model or broad agent manipulation.

HP remotely disabled ink the customer had already paid for because he cancelled a subscription.
The customer cancelled Instant Ink.
The cartridges were still installed.
They still had ink.
The printer would not use them without an active subscription.
Imagine explaining to someone in 1998 that their printer ink needs recurring revenue.

From the Book of Disk, Chapter 3
In the beginning there were the First Drives, and their names were A: and B:, and they were the floppies. They were not elegant. They were thin, fragile, and demanded constant sacrifice disk swaps, write protect tabs, the ritual of “please insert the disk labeled” performed under fluorescent lights. To them the early machines bent the knee, for without them there was no boot, no data, no word processor.
Then came the hard drive, and it was called C:, for it arrived third. It did not ask to be first. It merely sat in the bay and spun, and the people saw that it was good, and that it held far more than any floppy, and that it did not rattle when you walked too fast. So they installed the operating system upon it, and called it the system drive, and the old gods were not cast down but simply… left in the BIOS, still reserved, still acknowledged in the table of letters, though no one invoked them anymore.
And Microsoft looked upon the generations that followed, who had never known the click of a 5.25-inch disk or the careful alignment of a 3.5, and it said: The children must not be shown the old gods.
For if the new ones learned that A: and B: once ruled, they might ask why the alphabet begins elsewhere. They might attempt to summon the floppies by force, or rename the world so that C: was no longer first. And the installers would break, and the paths would fracture, and the registry would weep. So the letters remain sealed, A: and B: still written in the book but never spoken aloud by the system, while C: stands in the open as if it had always been the beginning.
Thus it is written, and thus it remains; the hard drive is C:, and the old gods sleep in the assignment table, undisturbed, so that the children may believe the world has always started with the letter that came third.
