Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

DeMeco Ryans on the Texans bye-week strategy:
Rather than loading up on practices, Ryans says the priority is giving players time to recover physically and reset mentally.
The coaching staff will use the time for scheme evaluation and self-scouting, while challenging players to evaluate themselves individually.
“What am I doing the best? What do I need to keep doing? And what do I need to stop doing? And what do I need to start doing a little bit better?”
Ryans says the team will continue meeting with players to address those things.
