My first in-person conference since 2020. Exciting and terrifying to be around this many humans! #INBOUND22

So true!! I have been able to avoid burnout over the past 11 years by truly vacationing when on a vacation or leave. No checking emails, slack messages. The level of #productivity is on another level when you give yourself breaks every now and then.

Ever come back from vacation to an overwhelmed tasklist, only to find that you've pounded through 2 weeks of work in only 2-3 days?
Yup. Because rest makes us more efficient, more able to process complexity, more accurate. In short, more productive versions of ourselves.
#TBT: Two years ago, while taking this shot, I remember wanting to be close to nature, but it seemed far fetched given my career path at the time. Now my new adventures brings me very close to the place where I first had that thought. #PowerofThoughts
I will add a couple:
❌ Not drafting your analysis based on the metrics and solely reporting the numbers.
❌ Not running multiple A/B tests to validate the data.
❌ Working with small data sets to form conclusions.

Some of the most common mistakes digital marketers make with analyzing data:
❌Not looking at a statistically significant timeframe.
❌Not factoring in seasonality.
❌Ignoring the impact of offline activity.
