A series of unnecessary and JV errors by @AmericanAir made me run my nearly 60-yr-old body across PHX airport to make my plane. As I ran up and stopped them from closing the boarding door, they asked my last name. I said, “SOUTH, as in next time I’ll fly @SouthwestAir.” Grr.
