#SustainableGeorgiaFutures is thrilled to welcome our Fall '22 Green Fellowship Cohorts! Our reception was held at the historic Paschal's Restaurant. Established in 1947, Paschal's is infamous for mouth-watering #peachcobbler and the meeting grounds for #martinlutherkingjr!
ALT WELCOME SGF'S FALL '22 GREEN FELLOWSHIP COHORTS!!!
ALT The historic Paschal's Restaurant! Known for its soulful dining experience and the original meeting grounds for Martin Luther King Jr., Aretha Franklin, and other politicians and entertainers from the past!
ALT Marshall Slack is a direct staple in the history of Paschal's Atlanta Restaurant. Serving for over 45 years, Slack experienced firsthand not just the soul of true southern cuisine, but the trust of a community in solidarity for change. Thank you Marshall for your beautiful storytelling of Paschal's rich history during our reception!
Thanks, Girl + Environment for the honor of leading a session at your Energy Justice Gathering! We discussed #stopGAPower from raising our bills, #psc, #Georgiaratecase, and empowering communities to advocate for clean energy initiatives prioritizing needs of BIPOC neighborhoods.
