Men don’t want to go to therapy. It's true. Why would they? When the American Psychological Association declared traditional masculinity “harmful.” And the majority of therapist are women who graduated from woke institutions that want to smash the patriarchy. And how does sitting around talking about your problems help you become more powerful and successful? It doesn’t. The truth is most therapy is useless for men. You’re better off taking up Ju-Jitsu or hitting the gym, working out your emotions through intense physical exertion. That said… if you’re honest with yourself, there are times when your emotions get the best of you. You lash out, reactive. You get defensive, angry. You isolate, retreat, blame, make yourself a victim. You self-sabotage. Procrastinate. Miss workouts. Eat shitty food. Smoke weed. Watch porn. And then you judge yourself for it. “What the fuck is my problem?” So you make a vow to be more disciplined. “This time I’ll commit.” But you don’t. Sure, maybe you stick to it for a while, but ultimately the bad behavior returns and you’re back where you started. You’re in a loop. It’s Groundhog Day. You’re getting nowhere and you don’t know why. I’ll tell you why: ALL YOUR SELF-DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOR IS DRIVEN BY UNCONSCIOUS EMOTIONS. And until you know and understand these emotions, you will never be free. Master Your Emotions. Master Reality. Do you believe you create your reality? You better. Otherwise, you’re at the mercy of events outside yourself, a slave to circumstance. No freedom or control. Like a pinball randomly bouncing off bumpers locked inside some ridiculous game. It’s how life felt for me for a long time. Until the pain was too much to bear, and I got angry enough to finally face the fear I’d been avoiding all my life. If you’re still reading this, you probably know what I’m talking about. What happened? I woke up and saw the matrix that was running my mind. A program written in my childhood and reinforced by a culture intent on keeping me weak and small. I was being ruled by unseen forces inside myself. It was a powerful awakening. But it TOOK ME DOWN. Everything I thought I knew was a lie, and I spun into chaos. “Who am I?” “Is anything fucking real?” I quit my career and went searching. Radical group therapy. Ayahuasca. Vision Quest. Meditation. Breathwork. I tried it all. I went to the depths of my darkness, fighting all the way, until finally let go and surrendered to my pain. And then I saw the light of freedom. The one true thing. The Way What does all this have to do with emotions? EMOTIONS ARE THE MATRIX. They are source of every thought and belief you hold. And it’s your thoughts and beliefs that are the architects of your world. “So I just need to change my thoughts and beliefs to get what I want?” Yes, but it’s not that simple. Because there’s an Agent Smith inside your mind determined keep you down. And he’s a liar. A tricksters. A killer. And he will stop at nothing. To really change and make it stick, you have to debug the program. Then rewrite it at the source. This means facing your fears and confronting your pain. It means letting go of your old life to make way for the new. It means surrendering your ego and letting God work through you. It means taking responsibility for your life and a total commitment to your mission. You came here for a reason. You have something to give. Something to contribute. Something to build. Something to create. This is your salvation. And it’s waiting for you... schoolforkings.com/

I’ve been treating my somatic work differently these days thanks to @SutcliffeDavid and the powerful Reframe he gave me to “train my nervous system like an athlete” for example, I can stay present and feeling connected to my body for 45 maybe 60 min in improv before I’m back in my head and the machine takes over. Like an athlete I’ll observe the entire process, from presence to mechanicalness, and then notice the inner critic without identifying with it. Next time I’ll try to stay present just a little bit longer. the struggle is worth it because when you’re present, everything is flowing. you’re saying all the “right” things and having fun.

“But men commit 90% of violent crime.” This might be one of the laziest responses in the gender debate. I’m going to break this down, slowly, so we can stop using regurgitated words not understanding how ridiculous this I argument actually is. First: the number isn’t even 90%. In the FBI’s 2024 arrest data, men accounted for about 79% of violent-crime arrests. That is absolutely disproportionate. I have no problem acknowledging that. But here is where people immediately expose that they don’t understand base rates: “79% of violent offenders are male” does NOT mean “79% of males are violent offenders.” Those are two completely different denominators. There are more than 165 MILLION males in the United States. There were roughly 374,000 reported violent-crime arrests in the FBI data, about 79% of which were male. That’s roughly 295,000 male arrests. Even if we pretended, incorrectly, that every single arrest represented a DIFFERENT man, that would be around: 0.18% of the male population. And arrests are NOT unique offenders. The same offender can be arrested multiple times. In fact, criminal offending is highly concentrated among repeat offenders. In one major BJS analysis, just 16% of released prisoners accounted for nearly HALF of all subsequent arrests. So yes: Men are massively overrepresented among violent offenders. AND The overwhelming majority of men are NOT violent offenders. Both statements are simultaneously true. That’s what base rates and proportionality are for. Then we get to IPV, as this repeated statement is used as justification to dismiss men’s issues, assuming, of course, that this is in defense of women Here it becomes even more interesting. There is an enormous body of research using measures such as the Conflict Tactics Scales finding substantial gender SYMMETRY in the perpetration of physical partner aggression. Straus reviewed 200+ studies finding roughly comparable proportions of men and women reporting physical aggression toward partners. That does NOT mean the consequences are identical. Men are, on average, physically stronger. Male violence is therefore substantially more capable of producing serious injury, and women experience greater injury from partner violence. Fine. Acknowledge it. But “men can inflict more damage” does not magically transform female violence into non-violence. A woman hitting a man isn’t empowering. It isn’t funny. It isn’t justified because he can probably hit harder. It’s violence. And current CDC estimates also remind us that men are not some hypothetical class of victims: about 930,000 U.S. men reported physical violence from an intimate partner in the preceding year in the 2023/24 survey. Finally, if we’re going to invoke male violence, let’s talk about who actually experiences it. According to the 2024 National Crime Victimization Survey, approximately 2.39 million violent incidents involving male victims had male offenders, compared with about 1.82 million involving female victims and male offenders. In other words, MEN themselves absorb an enormous share of male violence. So the next time someone responds to a male issue with: “But men commit most violent crime…” Ask them three questions: What percentage of men actually commit violent crime? How concentrated is that violence among repeat offenders? And who are the victims of male violence? Because “most violent offenders are men” and “most men are violent” are not remotely the same proposition. If you don’t understand the denominator, you don’t understand the statistic. And using the behavior of a tiny, disproportionately violent subset of men to assign collective guilt to 165+ million males isn’t statistical literacy. It’s stereotyping with a calculator.

My issue with the women now piping up saying to stop grouping women because “its not ALL women” 1. How does it feel? Men have been labeled for decades as a group and women didn’t give a shit. 2. You may not agree with it NOW, but I didn’t see many speaking up against all the steps that brought us here. Women allowed this, we all will be judged for it (and yes, that includes me) And to some degree, I assume there will be consequences. Not legally, but in the day to day. Women need to hold other women accountable, we expect men to do this and yet turn a blind eye or play coy when it’s women. The judgment is understandable. I don’t fault men’s response to the obviously imbalanced power/responsibility we have going on here. I hope it’s a wake up call

Some say abortion is not murder because the child is unborn and the mother “isn’t ready.” Then a mother strangles her 5-year-old, 3-year-old, and 8-month-old and the conversation immediately shifts to postpartum psychosis and diminished responsibility. In both cases the child’s life is treated as contingent on the parent’s circumstances rather than as independently valuable.

I have been sinking deeper into the Clancy case, the evidence, the expert testimony, and a grim picture is coming into focus. I am starting to understand why so many men are furious with women right now... For more than 15 yrs I specialized in biotech in the stock market. To do that job well I had to read thousands of drug trials and learn the mechanics of side effects and interactions. I am not a doctor, not a scientist, not a medical professional of any kind. I simply learned how these drugs work, and how vile the FDA can be. That background is why I stopped cold when I heard she had been on 13 different mind-altering drugs. I had questions. The moment I started asking them, men poured out of the woodwork to savage me and accuse me of defending a murderer. Stunned does not cover it. It was the understatement of the century. What I did not know then is that a swarm of deranged younger women have been flooding TikTok and Instagram with video after video of themselves terrifying or harming their own children, a grotesque performance of solidarity with Lindsay. Men watched that spectacle. They watched younger women use their own children as props for attention and clicks. After years of MeToo and a relentless drumbeat of unjustified accusations, that was the breaking point. They have had it. Do not mistake me. It is not fair that they throw those of us asking logical questions into the same pit as the narcissistic psychos. I still hate that part. But I understand it now. This is a watershed moment, ladies, and if you don't stop now with this narcissistic, perfomative insanity, men will stop you and it's not going to be pretty. My next column for @wrongspeakpub will be out Monday and I'll break this down further!

I've seen many women confess this in group therapy settings. It's common.
Someone just DM’d me regarding Lindsay Clancy and my jaw is on the floor. “I have struggled with my own mental health and quite literally said to my best friend when my kids were really little and I was struggling "I get why people kill their kids." It was less than a year from that conversation that this happened. I have a STRONG leader husband. We serve at church. We are plugged in. We have support. This womans support system failed her. She was screaming for help. It's all in the evidence. The darkness of depression esp in postpartum is something you'll never understand until youre in it. She deserves grace in this.” ???????????????!!!!!!!!

It’s not the first time Daniel Moraff promoted an ethically compromised candidate. In a now-deleted article, Moraff boasts, “I worked on the campaign of Debbie Medina, who, despite facing a major scandal in the middle of her campaign, won 40.56% of the vote.” What was the scandal? She admitted to repeatedly beating her son with a belt — a son who went on to murder a 3-year-old. web.archive.org/web/20170309… nypost.com/2016/07/18/state-…
Graham Platner was recruited to run for Senate by a pair of socialist political operatives, Daniel Moraff and Leanne Fan, who determined that another prospective candidate had “a skeleton in the closet.” The Wall Street Journal published a rare interview with the duo on Sunday who revealed they paid “a whole chunk of money” to vet Platner but managed to turn up neither his Nazi ink nor many of his Reddit posts.
