A lot of our friends are looking for solidarity in shared hatreds - but that kind of parasocial, algorithmic coalition is now structurally unworkable, because (as we've seen) it's trivial to jam your IFF & turn the guns inward
The only solidarity that can survive this narrative environment is a shared human history, where you've built things together, spent time with each other's families, etc. so that all these gay aspersions look ridiculous in comparison with what you've physically done & seen together IRL
