I am unfortunately Syrian so I get a say; on the other hand, Syria is known to be a terrible country to its neighbors and its own people since, I don’t know, forever.
(Stop commenting stupid sh*t under my posts, by the way.)

The terrorist is Jordanian
The victims are Jordanian
The attack happened in Jordan
Blame: Syria
You will never stop obsessing over Syria. This time it was disgusting enough to kill 8 civilians
The Jordanians did the right thing here, that’s out of the question; the Jordanians made one big blunder, though:
Unlike Iraq and Lebanon, they had opened their crossings with Syria completely (whether willingly or unwillingly; I dare not say), and they had trusted the regime in Damascus more than their counterparts in the immediate vicinity of Syria. This might seem insignificant, but many of the tribes that live in southern Syria—especially Bedouins—have tight ties to their extended families in Jordan.
I won’t speculate on the physical consequences of having these open borders; the ideological consequences are definitely more catastrophic.
D.C. needs a fu*king wake-up call, that much I can say.
Clearly the Jordanians don't trust Jolani's Syria enough to share CT intelligence or even give a heads up before launching strikes in Syrian territory. And honestly, it's hard to blame the Jordanians here.
But the question is, why does the West trust Jolani's Syria so much when a neighboring Muslim state isn't willing to?

It’s interesting to see:
Past few weeks such noticeable changes have happened all across Syria and its sectors - day by day the illusion of *Sharaa* shatters and the realisation, that this was all a scheme kicks in.
Syria domestic politics is nothing but a gigantic echo chamber right now - watch it crash.
Day by day the *Sharaa Adminstration* is revealing its true identity. Slowly becoming the *Jolani Administration*
The textbook for the sixth grade in Syria has been systematically altered and rewritten:
- Woman of all ages have artificially been given hijabs
- historic figures/pictures have been covered up
- parts of history and historic texts have been altered and/or deleted

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East. Simply incredible reporting by Matthew Cole, drawn from his new book on Kushner. vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…
If this happens, I will most likely be active again ;p
🚨🇸🇾🇮🇱 The Syrian gov fears that Druze armed groups in the southern province of Sweida could launch an offensive against Syrian gov forces in the coming days, with Israel supporting the operation, a senior Syrian government official told @Jerusalem_Post

Two years late, a**hole.
Your colleagues from the same isle love Joulani; this is you tryna do everything possible to hold onto as many Republican seats as possible.
You. Are. Losing. The. Midterms.
Reports of violence and persecution against religious and ethnic minorities in Syria are deeply concerning, and those responsible for these abuses must be held accountable.
That’s why I’ve introduced the Protection of Syrian Religious and Ethnic Minorities Act.
This legislation is necessary to strengthen congressional oversight, identify individuals responsible for serious human rights violations, and ensure the United States is using the tools available to hold perpetrators accountable. Protecting religious freedom and fundamental human rights must remain a priority as Syria navigates its future.

Whoever kept saying sh*t about my man Skrillex:
I will find you. You bullied the God himself. Count your days.
This is so fu*king sad.
I am from Hasakah.
Try something else. Arabs are like 45% of the province. Most Arabs in the province are actually from Raqqa and Deir Al-Zour that were displaced during the three ISIS offensives.
Отличная работа, сука.
In a notable development, U.S. President Donald J. Trump has just announced a deal with Russia following a call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Per the statement, Russia will export 300,000 tons of diesel to both U.S. and global markets, with an increase of 500,000 tons in November, and 1 million tons thereafter.

Is there anyone, anyone, still under the impression that what we’re seeing in Hasakah isn’t either the hammer coming down or a rehearsal for it?
Protests, provocations, then an intervention to “restore order”: how many times have we seen that sequence?
I haven’t seen my school in almost 10 years and now suddenly my school gets posted on the internet with Arabs chimping out in front of it.
Crazy times. The school didn’t change, neither did the Arabs.

After dispersing the peaceful Kurdish protest, al-Qaeda mobilized its base, which is now moving under armed escort to claim Hasakah.
Defended by Kurds and Christian Armenians, the multi-ethnic city defied the odds by withstanding the January offensive.

This morning several convoys from Deirezzor, Raqqah, Tal Hamis, Shaddadi and the surrounding villages of Hassakeh have arrived in Hassakeh city for the large protest demanding that Kurds be expelled from the administration of Hassakeh city and governorate.
Already, the protests are escalating with mobs going into Kurdish neighbourhoods and destroying public property - the Syrian Government Forces (MoI) are intervening and trying to disperse the protesters with tear gas.
