Knee on my neck, "I can't breath" hear me, "Everything hurts" hear me. Arrest me (if you must) But don't kill me. For decades I have pleaded, RESPECT me. YOU CHOOSE to MURDER ME (again). Ultimately you fear me. You Will NOT destroy ME! R.I.Power George Floyd

Staff at asylum centre ‘ordered to paint over welcoming pictures for children’

Mr Jenrick wanted it to be made clear the asylum centre was a ‘law enforcement environment’ and ‘not a welcome centre’, it is claimed.

A request for 2023: Be kind. Listen. Hear. See. Be seen. Give space. Take space. Enjoy some silence. Then offer it. Just - be amazingly kind. To others and to yourself. HNY ❤️

We should be more civil and understanding to one another as a community. But this raises another point about ‘exclusive’ access. Certain shows get more ‘exclusive’ access than others, while others get nothing! #Gatekeepers mrcarlwoodward.com/blog1/som…

This is an unbelievably un-diverse list of industry professionals. Not one non-white person. At a forum on opera and emerging talent. In London. This stuff matters, not least because there are quite a lot of non-white people in opera (not as many as we’d like, but not zero!?) 🤦🏾‍♂️
