Today is #EqualPayDay, highlighting when women in the UK effectively work for free for the rest of the year due to the #GenderPayGap. 📈 The Scottish pay gap is now at 8.3%, a rise from 6.4% in 2023, while the headline UK pay gap has also widened to 11.3%.
