After building our x402 facilitator, we made a deliberate choice.
We did not want 0xMeta to become infrastructure that only exists in theory.
Facilitators are powerful, but on their own can be abstract.
Routing requests, pricing execution, and settling economically is only the starting point.
The real unlock is proving that these capabilities can power useful, real products that people can actually see and use.
We noticed a pattern across the x402 ecosystem.
Some x402 projects focus on spamming networks with meaningless transactions just to signal activity. That may look impressive on the surface, but it does not prove value.
We chose a different approach.
Instead of manufacturing activity, we decided to build practical products that will run through the facilitator and clearly demonstrate what it is capable of.
That decision led to Micro Protocols.
