You don't need all of those plugins. I play Fallout: New Vegas with just a few fixes and it runs smooth and barely crashes.

To play New Vegas properly, you need: - Nexus Account - Mod Manager (Vortex/NMM/whatever) - YUP Patch - xNVSE - JIP LN NVSE - JohnnyGuitarNVSE - NVAC - NVTF - lStewieTweaks - 4GB Patcher - MCM - bunch of others that are new & I haven't revisited since. Yes, that's what you need.
