"'Spiral of Silence.' It refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price of speaking rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced." - Eric Metaxas

Oh, and by the way, after the catastrophic midterm loss, the Trump admin and DOJ is still keeping an innocent autistic man locked up for the crime committed by the Deep State.

Barnes is wrong on the substance.
DataRepublican publicly flagged bad early-voting signals, stated on Oct 25 she would withhold blunt numbers to avoid morale harm, lodged the forecasts with Jeremy Carl for post-election check, and those numbers matched the outcome. Strategic withholding is not the same as misleading or grifting.

Replying to @barnes_law
That was true at the time. Data got updated, I made posts to that effect, and I changed my forecasts, as @realJeremyCarl can attest.
I've never said a bad thing about you or about @BIGDATAPOLL . So let me tell you a story that I've never shared before.
Remember the election night with Rich Baris with Larry Schweikart 2020, in Phoenix, AZ? They could not find any funders for that livestream. But I believed in them. So I donated the money to make that livestream happen.
And ultimately fed into your partnership with Baris.
Do not make enemies where they don't exist.

This is incorrect, @barnes_law.
@DataRepublican accurately predicted the election almost down to the “t.” She didn’t want to contribute to people staying home on the Republican side so pre-election she disclosed her predictions to her colleagues including me and to @realJeremyCarl.
And the grifter accusation is an ad hominem. Or better here, ad feminam.
You owe her an apology.
A grifter this election cycle proved to be @DataRepublican who misled her audience rather than admit publicly GOP was getting crushed.

Rs aren’t getting noms again for 2 years, likely 4. Senate Rs have one job for the next month and it’s confirming every single pending judicial and civilian nom. ONE JOB.

NEW: Democrats rammed through judges in the lame-duck Senate in 2024.
Republicans must learn from their example and confirm all of President Trump's judges before January 3rd.
Tell your senators: Confirm All Judges NOW.

Podcasters Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan can't stop laughing at the thought of digging up Charlie Kirk's corpse and "doing it" again to him.
After laughing for 30 seconds straight, the women falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson was a 'MAGA person.'
They will celebrate your death, laugh uncontrollably, and still be fully convinced they're the "good guys."

I think we're done with geriatric politicians now. If you're a Republican politician thinking about running for the presidency in 2028, and you're already over 70 years old, don't waste your energy. We've had Boomer presidents for like 30 years now. Time to give another generation a chance.

I saw a report that says Senator John Thune is gliding into the Senate Minority Leader role.
Why do Hill Republicans insist on rewarding failure? He’s not exactly in touch with the interests of Republican voters.
Perhaps it’s time to give someone else a chance?

So Russell Brand now faces spending the rest of his life in prison.
- no DNA
- no forensic evidence
- no video
- NOTHING
Just a few women who came out and was like, ‘Oh shit. Remember that time 20 years ago when Russell Brand raped me!? I’d better go report this.’
The same Russell Brand that:
- Challenged the pharmaceutical industry
- Attacked mainstream media
- Questioned government authority
- Moved toward conservative politics
- Became publicly Christian
I don’t believe this man raped anyone for a second.
This is a SHAM. This is LAWFARE.
Call me crazy...
But maybe the fact that 3 MILLION people in Paraguay just had their salaries, pensions, and savings frozen...
...while every American news network spent the last 48 hours hyper-focused on election night...
is not a coincidence.
Ueno Bank.
60% of all adults in the country.
Accounts locked.
App dead.
Branches guarded by police.
Central bank stepped in after the solvency ratio cratered below half the legal minimum.
State pension funds exposed for hundreds of millions.
Depositors locked out overnight.
And almost nobody in U.S. media is talking about it.
Because election coverage is easier.
And infinitely more convenient.

She admitted that w/in moments of meeting RB backstage, she used her tongue on his anus (as another woman was fellating him). She hadn’t even been introduced. Later she went to his place excited for sex (which they had). The two discussed anal sex b/4 hvg it - she said it was her 1st time. Her friend testified that the accuser admitted to her that she agreed to it (told RB “be gentle”). RB testified they watched tv together after.
When a reporter first contacted accuser about RB she said “I’m not sure my story has much in it; I was an idiot, young & stupid, probably as much to blame.”

NEW: California Governor Gavin Newsom commutes the death sentence of Richard Allen Davis, who was accused of kidnapping, r*ping, & murdering a 12-year-old girl.
In 1993, Davis broke into the home of Polly Klaas, 12, during a slumber party.
He sneaked into her home and held her at knifepoint in front of her friends. He then kidnapped her and killed her before he dumped her body.
Klaas' body wasn't found until two months later.
During sentencing, Davis taunted the girl's father as he read his statement: "Just don't do me like my dad," he claimed Klaas told him before he killed her.
There is zero evidence that Klaas was abused by her father, who lunged at Davis after the killer made the comment in court.
Thanks to Gavin Newsom, Davis' life has been spared after he commuted the death sentences of all 548 people on death row.

A Canadian woman has posted a terrifying public warning about a man she identifies as James Scott Stewart.
She alleges that in January 2026, while she was 40 weeks pregnant, Stewart brutally beat her, strangled her nearly to death, and forced castor oil down her throat.
She says she survived because the RCMP intervened.
Now, according to her account, a judge has decided Stewart will be safer on probation than behind bars. She says he will be free again in six weeks.
She also claims this is the eighth time the justice system has failed to protect her and her children.
And perhaps the most disturbing part of her message is that she is publicly identifying the person she fears will kill her.
This woman is telling the world she is afraid she won’t be alive in six weeks.
Her allegations and the court’s decision deserve immediate scrutiny.
I share about missing women all of the time. When do we start preventing this before it actually happens? This woman is begging for help. She knows he is coming for her.
