HUDCO continues to build on its growth trajectory, delivering a robust financial performance in the first half of FY 2026–27, with significant growth across key financial and operational parameters.
With a growing loan book, higher loan sanctions and disbursements, and consistently strong asset quality, HUDCO continues to reinforce its position as a leading financial institution supporting India's journey towards Viksit Bharat.
Key Highlights:
✔️ Profit After Tax up by 31.50% to ₹1,762.15 Cr.
✔️ Loan Sanctions increased by 12.50% to ₹1,04,592 Cr.
✔️ Loan Disbursements grew by 36.90% to ₹35,372 Cr.
✔️ Loan Book expanded by 29% to ₹1.86 lakh Cr.
✔️ Revenue from Operations increased by 26% to ₹7,757.59 Cr.
✔️ Earnings Per Share rose by 31.54% to ₹17.60.
✔️ Strong asset quality with Gross NPA at 0.71% and Net NPA at 0.04%.
✔️ Net Worth strengthened to ₹22,959.05 Cr., registering a growth of 27.29%.

⏳ Remaining 75% → Additional 2 years of service.
🇮🇳 After 6 years → ALL WILLING AGNIVEERS will be enrolled into the Armed Forces, subject to objective selection criteria.
A major policy shift that opens the door to permanent military service for Agniveers who were earlier expected to exit after four years.
