Don't want to see Ben Davison continuing to avoid media scrutiny, good coach but in sports you take accountability for wins and losses - Itauma loss & x 2 Wardley losses without comment, a statement on socs isn't good enough.
All trainers have faced that in the past, including tonight's winning Coach Don Charles. Congrats to Team Dubois.

Yikes, Troy exposing the pressure that FTRE get from the club on their podcasts.
Sad that that happens, sad they've bowed to it.
#watfordfc
A must listen, Troy's on-brand brutal honesty is what the club needs right now and since the moment he left.

Gino Pozzo to Roy Moore of @The1881_wfc on working with Mogi Bayat:
"There are some agents that understand the way we want to work... there are a few agents out there that understand this and that have a special relation with us."
"When they have a special talent, they will call us to propose us that special talent. Over the years, I've established a very good relationship with many agents... among which there is Mogi."
"Whatever he has, that's his problem and he will have to solve."
"He operates, from England, from an English company, in total transparency, every deal we do, we do it in England with all the scrutiny of The FA."
"I don't see there being anything wrong in any of the business we do with him or with anybody else."
"Nobody from the Federation, from any institution has raised their hand to say 'you cannot do business with that gentleman because he has a problem' until that's the case, I don't just want to [stop], because that's unfair."

Gino Pozzo to Roy Moore of @The1881_wfc on the rumour that City weren't paid for loans of Alleyne & Mfuni:
"It is funny - they recalled Alleyne , that was very harsh, they recalled with no advice, they had the right to do so but you would have expect a different kind of treatment.
That also triggered Javi's upset, that probably was the reason for him also leaving.
We went back with Mfuni, after six games Mfuni got injured... we went back to them because we wanted to negotiate the fact that we were using that loan for the future years.
We [had] been in contact with them... considering that, they called back [Alleyne] and the the other player got injured [Mfuni]... we believe that commercially we did want to have to some credit to be able to use in the next year.
We had the conversation with City... you cannot delay a payment without a club accepting the delay.
When eventually the player decided not to come back... we just closed, we paid and that's it."

Gino Pozzo to Roy Moore of @The1881_wfc on investment:
"Every other day you have some potential investor sniffing around and looking."
"If someone is willing to invest together with us or as a project on its own that is much more ambitious than our project because they have different resources, what reason should I have to stop them?"
If an investor... wants to come in , isn't it better to find a club with out debt, so that money can be actually dedicated to buy players, to do something better."
#watfordfc
Gino Pozzo to Roy Moore of @The1881_wfc on his lack of a front-facing profile:
"Yes, I feel a particular commitment to the club... You really need to bond with the community to be successful."
I don't have a social presence, I don't like to speak publicly, I don't enjoy that, I don't think it's productive for what we do."
"You normally don't get access to the football owner - how many times have the fans met the owner of Liverpool or any other club, for what it matters."
These lads deserve so much better than how they've been supported by those above them.

I got you covered on Seconds Out @arielhelwani 👊🏾
What an interesting time for Paramount+ to cut away from Dana White’s press conference on Saturday.
It happened right before Dana White was asked whether he negotiated the Cardiff deal for Fury x Joshua.
His answer?
“Did I call and negotiate the deal? No, I did not.”
Remember over three months ago in Bournemouth, Dana White was confidently insisting he knew where the fight was happening, that he negotiated the deal and telling everyone to 'watch what happens over the next 30 days.'
Not quite.
Painting Terri Harper out as a racist just to farm engagement - you are a joke.

Thanks Brudda
The bloke asking the questions is good at what he does, tbf. I don’t understand why when Dana gets asked a question that isn’t spoon-fed to him, he pretends he can’t understand it and waits for that silly thing that translates it for him. Is he Spanish? When he takes an eternity to answer a question, you’re thinking, ‘just f****g answer the question.’ It’s not difficult. And let’s make this perfectly clear, the UK fans didn’t ‘supposedly’ want it in the UK, they absolutely wanted it there.
I did also, but given all the politics at play, I didn’t care where it was in the end. I just wanted to see the fight. But the beauty of social media is that it gives fans a voice. As someone who has a good following across all my social platforms (all real), I’m telling you the British public wanted this fight in the UK. They were disgusted at the thought of this happening in New York.

Coach why are you whispering - don't want to set off Eddie Hearn's pyro?
When did we forget that the promoter works for the fighter not the other way around. My god because Eddie Hearn doesn’t want to work with Dana White the fight world can’t get a $200M fight. We are ALL tired of “there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes”. The fighters signed the deal so let’s make it happen. Come on Eddie.
