After falling 50m on the #Matterhorn #mountain late last year, Chris spent 8 days in a coma and had to have 6cm of shin bone removed by surgeons.

Charli will share how she learned to adapt to new adventures after sustaining a life-changing injury.

A mixed group of #Afghan climbers will be setting off soon to summit the mighty #Noshaq #mountain - a 7492m peak and highest in #Afghanistan!
