Just a bit of a shame they're largely going to 20-year-olds in Victoria. #politas
Welcome to see @JoshWillie1 spinning up some 'hard-hitting' social media ads promoting... ah.. the Liberal Government's investment to repair the Glenorchy Pool. #politas

The only thing that has lasted less time than his 30% polling promise was his 'hallmark' policy of having TT-Line, a shipping company, owning no ships. Anyone remember that one? We doubt the rest of Labor's caucus has forgotten either disaster. #politas

These new Workplace Protection Orders will protect staff and make our community safer from violent crime. Because enough is enough.

After our request, TasWater will be pausing its plans for excessive price increases on Tasmanians. They will also be immediately and permanently changing the pricing arrangements for local sporting clubs.

From tomorrow at 10am, there will be a big release of new bookings available on our new Spirit of Tasmania ships. Passenger fares start from $49, vehicle fares also start from $49, and cabin upgrades are available from $125. Things like family cabins, recliners and the new pet cabins will also become available. The release will also allow people to book their trip on our new vessels up to 12 months in advance, a great thing. The new ships can carry an extra 470 passengers and nearly three times as many caravans. Bring it on!

Tasmania once again leading the pack in the @NAB Monthly Business Survey. Low taxes, cheaper electricity, and a focus on getting government out of the way of local businesses continues to pay dividends for us.

Comparing the Holocaust to health services in the midst of a Royal Commission on antisemitism is a new low for the Greens. Just months after @rosaliewoodruff was forced to apologise for comparing Premier Rockliff to Joseph Stalin. This needs to be withdrawn immediately.

Rio Tinto made a profit of over $10bn last year. That means there is a limit to what Tasmanians taxpayers will bear to fund Bell Bay Aluminium. We will play our role, and have subsidised the smelter for generations. And there is a significant offer of support on the table. But there is no blank cheque. Because of Hydro, our smelters pay 75% less for their power than Tasmanian households. That is us, via Hydro, playing our role. It’s time for Canberra to stand up, and support this Tasmanian smelter and the 550-strong workforce that rely on it. Just as they have done for smelters right across the Country.

Like the climate activist who flies their private jet from conference to conference demanding other people cut their emissions to save the planet. Can’t be against data centres, then use them to power your party. #politas

This kind of disgraceful behaviour towards our war memorials will not be tolerated. Today, we’ve passed new laws to protect Tasmanian war memorials and punish those who do the wrong thing. That includes prison terms of up to 3 years, a minimum fine of $5,325 and a maximum of $106,500. Local RSLs won’t be footing the bill for the disrespect of a very small few. And these sacred places of remembrance will be preserved for future generations. Lest We Forget 🇦🇺

This will soon be the site of six new homes, purpose-built for Tasmanian veterans. Plans have been submitted, the team at Lyden Builders will be delivering them as soon as possible for RSL Tasmania. Today, and every day. Lest We Forget 🇦🇺

We will be removing the need for candidates to display their home address on election signage. Tasmanians deserve the right to campaign safely, with their privacy protected. #politas

Another "We stand with Tasmania" race in Temora last night. Another greyhound was injured. At what point does @JoshWillie1 stand up to @DeanWinterMP? #politas
