Between 7.30pm and 10pm on Tuesday 21st January, planned maintenance will make the following functions unavailable:
• All Snapper kiosk functions (topping up, checking balances, collecting credits).
⚠️Tēnā koutou Snapper users, please see the following outage notice - we recommend planning ahead and ensuring your Snapper card has any credit, concessions or passes available that you may need during that time.
✅Tagging on and off will continue to work as normal
If you receive any error messages, we encourage you to troubleshoot this by checking the Google Play Store to make sure you're on the latest version (3.1.0).
Tēnā koutou,
Today we will be releasing an important update to our Android app.
This is a required update and will mean that previous versions will no longer be supported. You will not be able to continue using the app without updating.

Kia ora Lucy,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the trouble here.
When you say that the app doesn't appear to be working with the card scanner, Can you please let me know if this card has any visible damage? Are there any minor bends or cracks?
Could you...
Replying to @TheGradyConnell
thanks for the heads up! This is best passed on to Metlink who run the network 🙂
Replying to @metlinkwgtn @StillNoTeWhau
Kia ora! The website section referred to here is where kiosks are listed (where it's indicated you can top up, buy a pass, collect a credit). We're aware there are currently no card retailers at the airport, and a solution for this is in the works. Ngā mihi!
