I sound like a broken record, I understand, Parents, your son does not NEED fall baseball for “ exposure “ at 10-15 yrs of age. Pitching twice in a weekend for “ college exposure “ is a lie! Play other sports, find a strength coach/program! Young man at 14 throwing 112 on Fri and 36 on Sunday is a crime !
Ask the pros how they trained when they were young. Betcha it looked different from what they’re doing as pros. Young athletes don’t need what pros are doing now. They need to do what will *develop* them into pros. “Develop like a pro” is much better than “Train like a pro”.
