I have eaten almost nothing (very low calories) and mostly plants for an entire month. My diet has primarily consisted of beans. My sodium, however, was low, and I was losing water at an alarming rate. Just had a sub from the market, and I feel like I was hit by a tranq dart.
I swear, I'm trying my best. Some days, some months, it just ain't enough. Some times, you just ain't got it.
I was never really a hypochondriac. I'm still really not. But literally everything can kill you: health.mountsinai.org/blog/c… Yes, this isn't a scientifically rigorous article, but I really think more articles (and doctors) should give people %s of risks.
Honestly, beyond the boost for privacy, I've found that DuckDuckGo offers far better results than Google. Google has gotten so complex with their algorithm that asking a simple yes or no question won't give you a straightforward answer.

@RayCronise I'm not sure I fully understand it, but... why is exercise counterproductive to rapid weight loss? Not that it's ineffective and could boost appetite; but does it actively hinder weight loss by shifting the body away from burning fat to repairing muscle?

I ask only because I'm on day 3 of a potato famine (feeling good and have doctor monitoring). I really want to use my Oculus quest to play my boxing game. But if it will slow weight loss, I won't do it.
I just watched the opening of this season of The Clone Wars, and they mention how the droid army uses analytics to predict their moves. And I think "dude, just use data poisoning to feed them bad data and confuse the battledroids' machine learning."
