Drug/vax package inserts training course!!!
I've been putting out there that there's a critical need for instructions for people to find the appropriate version of and read the package inserts for any drug/vax they take (or considering etc.). It's one thing to tell people "read the insert" but they can't find or can't interpret - can't understand - the inserts they do find.
This morning (9/18/26) I just stumbled upon someone who has done exactly this. A short course with loads of great info that everyone should go through (providers too) and then share far and wide. Most of the course is narrated audio with printed text and pictures too. It's in short segments, click next to continue. I didn't time it but I reckon it took me an hour to go through, with mandatory "play ball with me" breaks with my dog.
The website has a wealth of info including inserts and the entire website should be explored. Although the author @justtheinserts has an X account she is not currently active on X. The training course is located at justtheinserts.com/ and click on the training course tab at top. Everyone should do this course. It should be taught in middle school. Please help others, explore, learn, and share.
Elise Trouw played piano till 11, switched to drums, then at 14 picked up guitar and bass. Voice like an angel. She made this live loop song at 16. Talent. youtube.com/watch?v=u9lAIvLo…
And now, music! Back in the day in my truck with my Apple iPod the song Abacab was alphabetically first in line, so it played every time I started the truck. Heard it many many times. Never tired of it. Great jam. youtube.com/watch?v=P5qfVnDc…

It might get loud. Three guitarists get together to talk electric guitar. Jimmy Page, Jack White, The Edge. Music lovers this is for you. (currently free on YT) youtube.com/watch?v=nr10XV_l…
I recommend frequent music breaks throughout the day. All day background music is great, but an actual active-listening experience, focusing on the music and not on fourteen other tasks, is a nice little (and positive) brain break. Here's IMO the greatest album ever made. It's made to be listened straight through - the whole album - preferably through a high-fi quad stereo system, but a good pair of headphones works too. Kick back and relax. youtube.com/watch?v=k9ynZnEB…
I'm going to be spreading this as far as I can. I am hoping the people I share it with go through the course and then recommend it using their own voice and reputation etc. and not mine. Or in other words I'm not looking for a re-post of me, I'm hoping for a you-post. No glory to me, I didn't do anything but share. All glory to those who go through the info and learn a potentially life saving skillset.

Jamming to some Alan Parsons Project while I scroll the X. Hopefully the healing power of great music will ward off the damage of the X. Awesome tunage. youtube.com/watch?v=i6h1WDjc…
