It was a quick turnaround, with 2D Noodles closing, rebranding and now reopening as Not Just Pho all in a month.

Plans are afoot for the closed PNC Bank building at the corner of Wisconsin and Warren to become a small indoor urban mall, with up to 10 food, retail and service businesses inside.
The building will be expanded into the empty lot between the bank building and Cava.
The property’s new owners hope the building to be ready for new businesses by the end of 2027.
The parking lot across Warren Street will remain part of the property as a parking lot.
