Dubsy, the only known working steam crane tank in the world has returned to steam for the first time since 2000!
Dubsy had a previous life at the local Shelton Steel works at Etruria, 1901 - 1973. Details coming soon on plans to steam her with former Shelton loco Hawarden.

Recently managed to score all of the 2000s ERTL Mini sets--well, excluding Bertie that is--but here are some pictures I took!

Hi everyone, we've received a lot of requests to make the diary available to Kindle readers. Therefore after a little deliberation, we've decided to do just that. The Ebook will be ready for release on the 25th September. You can pre-order it now on Amazon...

Can we kindly ask all those who have purchased the Diary if they wouldn't mind taking the time to leave a review on the platform they've purchased from? As you can appreciate we are a small family run publishers, and as such do not have the global clout or reach of the corporate giants. Plus, we'd genuinely love to know how its been received. Thanks in advance.

I guess after how the Meccano Percy went down, Triang didnโt want to go through with a Thomas set butโฆ
They did make tooling and reuse it as part of their Pennybrix range. Crazy coincidence but that outline and shape is 100% Thomas. Imagine what could have been produced.

Update on book availability.
So everyone as promised here's a list of where you can pre-order your copy of the eagerly anticipated Diary, which was the first collaboration between the Awdry brothers, and is now classed as the last official published book that Rev W. Awdry and his Brother George wrote together! This list is changing daily, and if your country isn't listed, don't panic, it may just be delayed in getting the links active. Please note for Canada we are trying to get Indigo to list the book...

We've been getting a lot of questions lately about how the Internet Archive digitizes books.
The short answer: page by page, by hand.
You may remember our viral 2021 video of Eliza Zhang scanning a book. That's still how we do it.
Meet Eliza, and learn how we scan books: blog.archive.org/2021/02/09/โฆ
