AWESOME! If ever in need of finding a way to safely incorporate any band and TRX work my small one man company has the best made in USA 🇺🇸 wall mount band attachment rails. Email me directly if you want.
Best money I’ve ever spent and it’s not close
The nearest gym to me is at least 45 minutes away. Not only is it convenient but I buy and equipment I want so I’m not at the mercy or what the gym has.
The bay doors are a nice option with good weather, I can play music as loud as I want, and I never have to wait on a machine to be free
My favorite thing is definitely the location with our 40 acres around it makes it a very unique spot to have access to such equipment
If you’re in the market of building a gym here is who I’ve enjoyed buying from the most
Rogue Fitness
Peloton
Power Block
Facebook Marketplace
If there is a rep involved, I’m not buying it. I don’t need to talk to two or three people just for a price and out of spite I just won’t do it lol
The other tip is anytime you can buy plates for your barbells in person. You’re gonna save a lot of money. The shipping for heavy pieces of equipment is very pricey. If you are budgeting for a gym, my my bumper plates and my calibrated plates might be the most expensive pieces in that space.

Every HS athlete would be a lot better as an athlete and in their sport(s), if they all took at least 2x months a year to only play their sport 2x wk at most and got in the weight room 3-4x wk over 4-8 wks to build up as much strength, speed, power aka a true mini off-season.
Especially for 1-2 sport athletes.
HS Kids are never in a true off-season.
HS coaches, parents, club directors and KIDS NEED to see that this is much better model for long term health and success as an athlete.

17-year-old Wisconsin high school quarterback Adam Massman tragically died after suffering an injury during his team’s season-opening football game.
Massman, a senior at Alma Center Lincoln High School, was injured during Thursday night’s game against Turtle Lake. EMTs treated him at the field before he was transported to a hospital, but his school announced Saturday that Adam had died from the injury. Officials have not publicly disclosed exactly what happened or the nature of the injury.
Adam played quarterback and defensive back and was a multi-sport athlete who also competed in basketball, baseball and track. His superintendent said he participated in numerous sports, clubs and activities and was someone who was “making friends everywhere he went.”
His family remembered him as “strong and spirited, yet quiet by nature,” and said playing sports with his friends was one of his favorite things in the world. He was preparing to begin his senior year and had already graduated from a college program through his high school during his junior year.
Adam’s family wrote that their home will never be the same, but that they will remain grateful for the “17 wonderful and perfect years” they had with him.
Rest in peace, Adam. Only 17 years old. 🙏

He was 13 years old. He ran one lap at football practice and his heart stopped.
Caden Sorrell was an eighth-grader at Northwest Guilford Middle School in North Carolina. His family says he was seemingly healthy with no warning that anything was wrong.
On August 28, Caden went into sudden cardiac arrest during football practice.
Doctors fought desperately to save him using a heart pump, ECMO and life support but the damage was too severe.
Two days later, Caden was gone.
Doctors believe an underlying genetic condition may have played a role and his twin brother and 3 other siblings are being evaluated.
His family is now encouraging other parents to pay attention to cardiac screening, especially when there is a family history of heart problems.
And they’re asking people to remember something else:
“Live Like Caden.”
His family describes a boy who was kind, loving, funny and made the people around him feel like they mattered.
13 years old. A seemingly healthy kid who went to football practice and never came home.
Absolutely heartbreaking. 💔🙏🏻
