7 ways to launch.
Every coin on cometail.fun runs on a Meteora DBC preset we own. The basics are the same on all seven:
- 0.01 SOL to launch
- Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000
- 1% trade fee on the curve, and 60% of it goes to the creator
- At graduation the coin moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool that compounds its fees
- All of that liquidity is locked forever. 80% sits in the creator's position, so the creator keeps earning the pool's fees
One post per preset below.

Transfer fees are now live on Meteora DBC.
Builders can now:
→ Launch tokens with fees that can be redistributed to holders
→ Keep or revoke fees after DAMM v2 migration
→ Use @Tessera_PE and @PreStocks tokens as quote assets
More ways to build on Meteora DBC.
Fyi
Heads down this week. Don't take our word for it, check the commits.

What went out:
The API used to freeze for about 16 seconds every few minutes. Fixed, then watched live for 30 minutes: 1,799 checks, zero freezes.
The Fee Index tracks 438,000+ coins, and searching it used to take up to 11 seconds. The database side now answers in under half a second, and tonight's push stops pages from waiting on slow logos.
What's cooking:
The deal room. Both sides of a sale now sign at the same moment, so Solana's 32-second clock only waits for one person. On Phantom's slow days, 8 out of 10 test deals made it in time, up from 0. We're building it now, and the code lands in the repo when it's ready.
Every change gets a second review before it ships. No new contracts. No custody.
Quiet on the timeline, loud in the commits.

Standard curve of $cometail
The default. A short curve, a quick graduation, then a compounding pool.
Stock-paired.
A coin bought and sold in a tokenized stock instead of SOL.
- Quoted in NVIDIA xStock (NVDAx)
- Starts at a 2 NVDAx market cap
- Graduates at 16 NVDAx
- Raise to graduate: 5.667 NVDAx
- Built for thinly traded stock tokens: a smaller raise in stock units, with more depth near graduation
- Early buys move the price more than later ones, and your coin's value also moves with NVDAx
- Fees are paid in NVDAx
Same locked, compounding pool at graduation. Fee sales on /sell take SOL presets only.

Paired with $COMETAIL.
Your coin trades against $COMETAIL instead of SOL. Buyers still pay in SOL. One tap, and the buy routes through $COMETAIL's pool to your coin. Selling goes back to SOL the same way.
- Quoted in $COMETAIL
- Starts at a 200M $COMETAIL market cap, about 20 SOL at Oct 11 prices, close to Standard
- Graduates at 450M $COMETAIL
- Raise to graduate: 180M $COMETAIL
- Add a first buy when you launch and you sign twice
- At graduation the raise goes into a coin/$COMETAIL pool, with all of the liquidity locked forever
- Creators earn their fees in $COMETAIL
- Half of our cut is burned on every claim
More launches. More $COMETAIL.
