Feel like there’s a bad batch out there that’s the 3rd OD I’ve seen in two weeks, if that EMT from Buffalo wasn’t right beside us I think that guy would have died in front of TIFF. People walked right past us.

A reminder that Bradford & his followers entire "Toronto is unsafe" premise is based on the fact that there is more visible homelessness than there was a decade ago. 1000 cops is his proposal for addressing this issue.

Last night, my wife had to take the subway late in the evening. I worried about her safety in a way I wouldn’t have in a pre-Chow era. We also had a break-in at our house a few months ago.
I don't follow municipal politics closely, but I know this much: a city can’t be great when its residents worry about their personal safety. By that measure, Chow has failed. I’ll be voting for @BradMBradford.

These subway takes are a really a good way of separating who was WFH in the pandemic and years following under Mayor Tory and who has returned to the office and the subway under Mayor Chow. The subway is infinitely safer now and this may be just an example of memories fading.
