I sat on a @GCRTA bus this morning for more than 10 minutes, unable to move, because a road closure that’s been public knowledge for months blocked the route and the driver was unable to bypass it. Had to wait for a supervisor to confirm the reroute. That’s a big miss.

Just a reminder that Milwaukee, a city of 560,000, hosts an annual 9-day music festival in its downtown area, by its waterfront, featuring the likes of James Taylor, Dave Matthews, Imagine Dragons and 800 bands. For 1 million people. Yet, we can't decide what to do with Burke.

I’d also just say, taking transit as a parent now, there are certainly conveniences to having a vehicle and things it’s difficult for transit in NEO to replace-but it’s just objectively a more fun way to travel with kids, next to them, able to interact, etc. I mean look!
