🧵🧶 I think Digital Matter Theory is one of the most underappreciated ideas in Bitcoin. It gets much more interesting once you look at it through the lens of AI agents. The reason is simple: autonomous machines are going to need shared, reproducible evidence.

It’s inevitable Banks integrating with blockchain is only the beginning. AI agents directing capital is the bigger shift. They’ll route funds toward the best risk-adjusted opportunities across banking rails, Bitcoin, on-chain markets, & autonomously. If the better opportunity is onchain, the capital follows. And autonomous capital will need verifiable execution. Proof21.

We really got peer-to-peer AI systems before GTA VI Things are moving so fast now! 😳
Human intelligence scales because billions of independent brains are free to communicate, collaborate and coordinate directly with one another. There is no central brain deciding who can interact with whom. P2P AI applies the same principle to software, agents and machines. and @TracNetwork provides the coordination infrastructure for building peer-to-peer AI systems and applications. We can't wait to see what you build with it! 👨‍💻 tracsystems.io/trac-network

$dmt-nat tokenized Bitcoin’s security. When number go up, Bitcoin becomes more secure because it delivers more money to miners per block, which makes the cost of attack rise. Nothing else addresses Bitcoin’s declining security budget like this.
When people think about tokenisation they tend to think about trading Apple on a Sunday, instant settlement, 24/7 markets... That's one tiny piece of it. The bigger story is that everything becomes a token, and the whole economy gets rebuilt around it.

Digital Matter Theory showed that Bitcoin’s block data can become deterministic digital matter. The next question is bigger: What happens when machines become economic actors? Intelligence can be machine-native. Money can be machine-native. Now execution needs to become verifiable too. That’s the direction behind Proof21.
BlackRock is mapping an economy where AI agents move money. But an agent can make a valid payment and still fail the job. That gap is why we’re building Proof21. BlackRock’s new paper, The Machine-Native Economy, captures the convergence: “AI represents machine-native intelligence, while digital assets represent machine-native money.” It explores agents purchasing services, sourcing compute and using programmable payments, with protocols such as MCP, A2A and x402 helping connect the pieces. Our takeaway: giving software the ability to spend money creates another responsibility. We need to establish what it actually did. Consider a simple example. You instruct an agent to send 100 USDC to a supplier on the agreed network. It sends 100 USDC to the wrong address. The transaction can be valid. The network can process it correctly. The agent still failed your instruction. “Payment confirmed” and “job completed” are different claims. Now extend that problem across agents hiring other agents, selecting providers, allocating resources and executing payouts. When something goes wrong, another “task completed” message is not enough. You need the original instruction, the relevant evidence and the rules used to evaluate the result. That is the distinction we care about at Proof21. We’re developing an evidence layer designed to bind a specific operation to its instruction, policy, source records and findings—so another system can inspect what was checked and what the evidence actually supports. The goal is not to stamp an agent “trustworthy.” It is to make specific actions and processes checkable. A signature should not be mistaken for a successful job. Missing evidence should not become a green check. An unresolved result should remain unresolved. This complements payment infrastructure rather than replacing it. BlackRock’s paper also discusses authorization safeguards such as AP2. The point is not that existing protocols ignore trust. It is that permission to act, successful settlement and fulfillment of an instruction are different questions. They deserve distinct checks. For the Bitcoin and Digital Matter Theory community, this is the connection we’re pursuing. Our DMT design uses explicit, versioned interpretations of Bitcoin block data as inputs to reproducible processes. It records the source block, supported element definition and derivation so another system can repeat the relevant calculation. The opportunity we see is to bring Bitcoin-derived, checkable processes into agent workflows. That does not make Bitcoin a universal AI fact-checker. It does not mean a calculation proves ownership or mint validity. And it does not require minting a token or writing a Bitcoin transaction for every receipt. The important part is the relationship between the source, the rules and the result. Can someone else check it? That question becomes more important as work moves between systems that do not share the same operator, database or assumptions. An agent’s explanation should not be the only thing that survives the handoff. BlackRock is clear that agentic payment activity remains early. Proof21 is also still in development. Our conviction is that this is the time to build evidence into those workflows—not wait until a disputed action makes the missing record obvious. Machine-native intelligence and machine-native money deserve machine-checkable evidence. “Don’t trust. Verify.” should not stop at the wallet. Agent builders: when another agent says “done,” what evidence do you require?

Understanding a problem early is a lonely business. The halving schedule is public. The fee data is public. The room was nearly empty anyway. 2026. ethereum:0x249130f5e2dd4cf278180c0df8273f3592ad1247

The SEC wants me, Trevon James, to pay $3,277,950 in ill-gotten gains from 2017 Bitconnect to the SEC. They claim I made $2m from Bitconnect in 1 year and are tacking on $1m in interest They don’t care that all the BTC (111 Bitcoin) was hacked and stolen from me. They are still coming after me.

Figure 21: A blockchain bridge ( adapted from ₿itcoin digital matter theory)
Everyone is freaking out over these Dinosaur Portal drawings in the latest UFO tranche release by the U.S. Government. Let me explain what this is… These are Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs). And importantly: this material is NOT new. (link to all documents in the comment section) The image being circulated comes from a DIRD titled “Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy,” authored by physicist Dr. Eric W. Davis. These documents came out of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) era, beginning in the late 2000s. AAWSAP contracted Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), and part of that work involved commissioning specialists to produce technical studies examining where extremely advanced aerospace science and technology might potentially go in the coming decades. Physicists and scientists including Dr. Eric W. Davis and Dr. Harold “Hal” Puthoff, alongside numerous other specialists, contributed papers. The important context is that these were largely forward-looking technical/theoretical studies. They investigated everything from relatively conventional emerging technologies to highly speculative areas of theoretical physics: advanced propulsion, fusion, metamaterials, quantum vacuum energy, antigravity, warp drives, negative mass and traversable wormholes. The existence of a DIA-sponsored paper examining a technology therefore does not establish that the U.S. Government possesses that technology. The wormhole DIRD, for example, examines the theoretical physics associated with traversable wormholes, negative energy and hypothetical “stargates.” The now-viral dinosaur illustration is essentially illustrating the concept of a wormhole connecting spatially and/or temporally separated locations. It is not a newly released photograph or engineering diagram of an operational US Government dinosaur portal. In total, 38 DIRDs were reportedly produced. After a FOIA request by John Greenewald Jr. of The Black Vault, the DIA released 37 of the 38 reports in March 2022. So we have already had this extraordinary collection available publicly for years. And frankly, the actual collection is interesting enough without misrepresenting what it is. The publicly released DIRDs are as follows: - Metallic Glasses for Aerospace Applications - Aerospace Applications of Programmable Matter - Pulsed High-Power Microwave Source Technology Biomaterials - Materials for Advanced Aerospace Platforms - Space Access — Where We’ve Been and Where We Could Go - Invisibility Cloaking — Theory and Experiments - Positron Aerospace Propulsion - Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion - Metallic Spintronics - Advanced Nuclear Propulsion for Manned Deep Space Missions - Technological Approaches to Controlling External - Devices in the Absence of Limb-Operated Interfaces - Warp Drive, Dark Energy, and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions - The Role of Superconductors in Gravity Research - Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering - The Space Communication Implications of Quantum Entanglement and Nonlocality - Maverick Inventor Versus Corporate Inventor — Where Will the Next Major Innovations Arise? - Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy - Antigravity for Aerospace Applications - Biosensors and BioMEMS — A Survey of the Present Field - High-Frequency Gravitational Wave Communications - Metamaterials for Aerospace Applications - State of the Art and Evolution of High-Energy Laser Weapons - Concepts for Extracting Energy from the Quantum Vacuum - An Introduction to the Statistical Drake Equation - Anomalous Acute and Subacute Field Effects on Human Biological Tissues - Laser Lightcraft Nanosatellites - Cockpits in the Era of Breakthrough Flight - Negative Mass Propulsion - Aneutronic Fusion Propulsion - Detection and High Resolution Tracking of Vehicles at Hypersonic Velocities - Ultracapacitors as Energy and Power Storage Devices - MHD Air Breathing Propulsion and Power for Aerospace Applications - Cognitive Limits on Simultaneous Control of Multiple Unmanned Spacecraft - Quantum Computing and Utilizing Organic Molecules in Automation Technology - Quantum Tomography of Negative Energy States in the Vacuum - Aneutronic Fusion Propulsion II That is the context behind the “dinosaur portal.” It belongs to a much larger body of DIA-sponsored research examining what advanced aerospace technologies and exotic physics could theoretically look like, not evidence that somebody at the Pentagon opened a Stargate and found a T-Rex on the other side. And if you think the dinosaur drawing is wild, I strongly recommend actually reading the DIRDs. Some of the physics being explored in these documents is considerably more interesting than the meme currently circulating. (link to all documents in the comment section)
