Really enjoyed reading Gridiron Genius by @mlombardiuncgm! Dives into some great lessons and stories from his days with Bill Belichick, Al Davis, and Bill Walsh. 🏈

Good progress today! Need to do better maintaining my mental throughout the round. Back, hit, and stop mentality #roadtosub80

Inner game of golf Tim Gallwey recommends “Back” (top of backswing) - “Hit” (point of contact with ball) - “Stop” (end of swing) for the 3 points of a golf shot. It is a great mechanism for teaching new people to hit a golf ball without too many details. Works really well.👍

The NFL Combine gets hyped like it's make-or-break for prospects, but it's not everything. Plenty of workout warriors became busts while slow-timers balled out on film. Smart teams know it: the Rams have skipped sending top brass for years, and now the Jaguars are following suit. Film > 40 time. 🏈 #NFLDraft

Great coaches stay willing to adapt—always. Your system works until it doesn't. New athletes, new challenges, new evidence → tweak constraints, change cues, shift focus. Stagnation kills growth. Flexibility builds better players & better you. Function > Form. Who's adapting today? #Coaching #CLA

Why grind 100 identical reps when 10 chaotic ones build better athletes? Traditional: blocked drills for "form." CLA: manipulate constraints (space/rules/equipment) → real perception, decisions, adaptation emerge. Transfer > repetition. What drill are you replacing first? Drop below. #CLA

Some drills at practices are just time wasting and could be spent doing something more productive.
