Bench press is actually one of my favorite programs, but recently I’ve had to substitute flat bench press with incline bench press and I’ve noticed impressive changes in my chest development. What’s even more interesting is that some people can bench press 100kg but struggle to barbell press 70kg. I would love an explanation to that? When flat bench starts playing the boss, exploring other variations is worth considering. Personally I’ve found the incline barbell chest press incredibly impressive for chest development, while still challenging my upper-body strength. 70kg barbell press. Easy.
Bench press is arguably the most inconsistent gym exercise , I did 5 reps of this 120kg/264lb last week without recording it, so I decided to record it this time around and this is what happened

You’re literally a grown man imprisoned by your own insecurities. What a shame to the brotherhood. A girl comes to your place and you have to switch off the light before you cum. Absolute embarrassment.
Guys, here's how you can save money on a gym membership

Go to the gym during peak hours. You'll notice 4 types of people: 1. The guy who sits on the bench scrolling his phone for 10 minutes

Doing unilateral raises is just dumb and a total waste of time, why not just press both arms together??
With heavy dumbbell presses, both arms have to work independently. One side can’t rely on the other to keep the movement balanced. That’s why coordination and control become increasingly important as the weight gets heavier.

Vascularity is becoming the new standard for people who don't know how to judge a physique.
Bro really thinks veins = personality. Mid genetics, high blood pressure, zero rizz.

Does this mean,he’s stronger than the machine? How’s this even possible?
How much strength can an average man have to pull this off 😳

Should a coach’s physique matter more than the results they get for their client?

how do you compare someone lifting weights in an air-conditioned space, surrounded by mirrors and obsessed with perfect form, to a man carrying heavy equipment with no handles, working under the scorching sun in harsh conditions, with barely any time to rest?
some gym buddy are overrated, thanks to creatine you can now look bigger with no effort. put them on a construction site and see how weak they are.

If you’re genetically gifted. You can achieve any physique you want. Always spam lateral raises for broader shoulder 👌

Gym goers, Does anyone know how to stop creatine from making your face look bloated and hideous? I want the muscle size, not a swollen face. Is there a way to get bigger without my face looking like I’ve been storing water in it?

One day, you'll realize the body was just a bonus. The mindset you built along the way was the real reward.

At this point, people will watch Anatoly’s videos and genuinely believe he could casually beat Ronnie Coleman’s 800 Ibs squat and Eddie Hall’s 500kg deadlift. He’s arguably the greatest showman fitness has ever witnessed.
this guy just easily lift heavy weight like it's nothing. He's not bulky, has less than 8% fats and still good at calisthenics exercise and still make crazy lift.

Would you rather have a natural physique or a steroid-enhanced physique?

Seeing a well-developed bicep and tricep a day keeps the doctor away. It has been proven that starting your day with the sight of strong arms helps with daily activities. You’re welcome and have a great day 😀

Ronnie wins on size, but Arnold wins on legacy for me. Eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles is an incredible achievement, but Arnold’s influence on bodybuilding goes far beyond the stage. And I don’t buy the argument that Arnold simply didn’t push himself hard enough. Were they even chasing the same physique? If Arnold competed in Ronnie’s era, do you think he would have chased that size—or kept the look we know him for?
Arnold and Ronnie Coleman both used steroids, yet Ronnie ended up looking like he was built in a completely different universe. So what was the difference? Did Arnold not push himself hard enough, or was Ronnie's genetics simply on another level? Because the size difference is INSANE
