No offense but as long as the end results are the same, does it matter if you trained old school or new school or even future school? 🤷♂️
Let’s not act like gear wasn’t doing half the talking. Old-school bodybuilders weren’t building those boulder shoulders on lateral raises alone.💉

The gym started as a place to build my body. Somewhere along the way, it started rebuilding my mind too.

That's a classic bodybuilding vacuum pose: arms raised behind the head, stomach pulled in hard, ribcage expanded. You can see how it makes the waist look narrow and the chest look wide, which is exactly why it's a signature pose in the Classic Physique division. The lat spread and the pulled-in midsection create that V-taper illusion.
This pose is not for random folks.

Old-school bodybuilders built shoulders that looked like boulders with just few shoulder programs.
Today, some lifters have 15 different shoulder exercises saved on their phones but can't progressively overload the basics.
Maybe the secret was never that complicated.

I’ll always pick cable rope pushdowns over the machine.I love the freedom of movement, the stretch, and being able to spread the rope at the bottom for a hard triceps contraction. Both are great, but the rope gets my vote every time!
I really felt the burn in my triceps using this machine! The controlled movement helped me focus on the contraction without worrying too much about stabilising the weight. It’s a great way to isolate the triceps and push close to failure with proper form.
But now I’m curious… Triceps pushdown machine vs. cable rope pushdowns which one is better for building bigger triceps? What’s your pick, gym bros?
