2. Which questions keep appearing in support messages?
3. What complaints show up repeatedly?
4. Where do customers hesitate before making a decision?
5. Which problems keep returning despite previous fixes?
Use AI to organize feedback, identify patterns, and suggest possible causes.
Then investigate the biggest obstacle before investing in another solution..

some people understand the rules, think for themselves, and make deliberate moves. others simply follow the script, reacting to whatever life throws at them.
you’re either a player or an NPC.
the question is, are you actively playing the game, or are you just following someone else’s script?
AI can analyze customer complaints, summarize reviews, compare sales stages, and identify patterns you might overlook.
But a pattern isn’t automatically the cause of a problem.
Customers might abandon checkout because of delivery fees, payment failures, low trust, or simply changing their minds.
AI can suggest explanations. You still need to investigate the evidence and test which explanation holds up.
Use AI to find better questions, not to turn guesses into business decisions..
