In all my years as a #Florida meteorologist I’ve NEVER seen anything like this. Several different areas have seen 1-2 feet of rain already… and it just keeps coming. This is current radar showing two training bands setting back up now. Multiple more inches of rain will fall on top of what has already fallen. 1/ ignore all "support" DMs or emails.
2/ DO NOT download attachments.
3/ use an authenticator app to enable 2FA on your accounts immediately. this is much safer than SMS 2FA, which is vulnerable to sim swaps.

Tom Alaerts spent 27 years (1998 - January 2026) at SWIFT. He helped design the ISO 20022 standards, market practices and APIs the global financial industry works on today. 🔐
His specialty is ISO and digital assets.😏💨
Inside SWIFT, he worked on updating the securities standards to handle digital assets. His message templates were used by HSBC and Ant in blockchain settlement tests. The Reserve Bank of Australia and Northern Trust used them in theirs.🏦
He later created pacs.crypto. It is a free and open framework that connects ISO 20022 payment messages directly to blockchain transactions. Parts of it are now entering the official standards process.🌐
My own research has followed this work closely. I covered the launch of pacs.crypto in June, and I have documented the ISO 20022 build out for years. This conversation is where that research leads.📝☝️
