First Crossfit Camp was a HUGE success, thank you Jarrett from @TriumphSC. The Ss worked on jumping rope, squats, and mechanics. More opportunities coming to Jones: flag football, intramural b-ball, and a Nerf/Ninja/Swimming Camp. @JonesJetsPride @BCSengagement @dr_poe
