The first million at @AdgileMediaGrp took 513 days
The twentieth (& last) million at @AdgileMediaGrp took 30 days
1. That’s crazy lol
2. It is quite funny to me how years of hard work & nuance & heartache & stress & fun can ultimately just be distilled into a silly little graph
And like - yea anyone can read, process & understand a silly little graph
But not everyone can actually FEEL the silly little graph
And I mean man oh man, do I feel this damn graph haha
Anyway - I don’t really have an interesting playbook or unique hack to share here. We’ve obviously gotten better at a lot of things, but nothing super material has changed about the business or the product since launch.
Rather, methinks the fact that a couple guiding principles have remained the same.
Hustle, hustle, hustle
Be thoughtful, be kind
Care more than everyone else does
Only thing on my mind as I watch everyone bash the branding in @iiiitsandrea’s comment section tho lol
I am THE closest thing we have to the modern day cowboy.
I roam the land, in seek of wild trucks to tame.
I work hard to domesticate those with the best qualities, and then put them to work for the benefit of society.
Welcome everybody to the wild wild west. I am very honored to have the Trailblazer badge emblazoned on my rookie card.
Jokes aside, holy hell - some of the best b2b marketing I’ve seen in years. You actually can’t receive this and not want to post about this. You actually can’t receive this and now want to help.
Tip of the hat to @JaiDolwani — everyone needs to get in on @TheStartersHQ!!!!
One of the really interesting music x marketing throughlines that been really interesting to watch unfold over the last decade is unreleased song ID culture.
Has all the same trappings and archetypes as luxury fashion “drop” culture, but applied in a radically different context to a much community.
AI is transitioning my life from doing the work, to checking the work. I think I actually derive a far greater sense of satisfaction from doing the work (where checking doesn’t quite feel like a task because you’re doing it incrementally along the way). Who is building the solution for this.

Introducing Verified by @getoutersignal : a new way to add social proof to your site and increase conversion.
Verified lets you spotlight the notable customers already buying from you. Pro athletes. Doctors. Founders. Beauty pros. Whatever crowd matters most to your brand, if they're buying from you, you can now show it right on your product page, at the moment a shopper is deciding.
Social proof is one of the most powerful ways to drive conversion, but it's gone stale. Everyone runs the same playbook: reviews, creator videos, endorsements.
This is something entirely new.
We've been quietly testing Verified with a few partner brands and are already seeing incredible lift.
The Verified badge is now available for all OuterSignal customers.
Give it a try and let us know what you think!

I love when people in shared slack channels use their custom emojis. Your company's slack emoji game is a strong indicator of company culture.
Ramp marketing team remains on a generational run

Thrilled to announce @getOuterSignal has raised a $22M Series A.
A year ago, @zachzelner and I saw an opportunity to revolutionize personalization. We spun out a tool he’d built into a company, and got to work. In the time since, we’ve gone from a few early customers to thousands, from 2 team members to 25, and created an entirely new frontier for how businesses can understand and market to their customers.
Our team has built a robust platform, trained internal models, conducted industry-leading research, and onboarded thousands of companies we’re proud to work with.
So, this raise is meant for one thing only: to keep shipping, faster than ever, the very best products for the consumer businesses we power.
Ecom, hospitality, mobile apps and beyond: OuterSignal is here to supercharge the way companies connect with consumers.
As founders, we’re humbled, grateful, and truly just getting started.
Try us for free at OuterSignal.com.
And if you’re an A-player ready to work on something ambitious and enduring, we want to meet you. DM’s open.
Onward 🚀

The functional side of business burns you out. The artistic side refuels you.
Without the former, you can't survive. Without the latter, you can't last (nor can you have much fun).
You'll inevitably lose the art at various points along the way.
It's imperative you find your way back to it.

FIRST PICTURE I AM SEEING OF THIS AND I AM FREAKING OUT.
GO BUY @eatboldbar AT SPROUTS THIS WEEK WHEREVER YOU ARE.
*supposed to be on shelf only tomorrow so this was a HUGE early surprise. May take a few days to be available at your local store.
Replying to @SeanBruce_
Congratulations to another great Montreal founder as well @seanjagermann on his launch of @eatboldbar at Sprouts
Tom is proud mother goose today.
So special to watch the next generation at @AdgileMediaGrp fail & learn & grow & mature & develop confidence & start to hit their stride.
I wasn't on the call -- and I don't know anyone at the brand. I do, however know that the fairly juior guy on our team did a great job representing what we do & how we do it.
PROUD 🥹
Those early years were really something else lol
Mindset back then was “whatever it takes.”
Company culture that has since followed is just that — “whatever it takes.”
Stuff like this was verymuchso my @joshsuggss uploading all of his content at an Apple Store equivalent
