My "someone" is my daughter. She is the mother of 2 boys, 1 yr and 3yrs old. The logistics and finances it would take to get her to the UK are nearly insurmountable. Please. I don't want to lose my precious daughter when she should have access to DCVax through Right to Try right here in the US. @POTUS @RobertKennedyJr $NWBO

🚨🇺🇸 BRAELYN’S STORY JUST MADE FOX BUSINESS! 🇺🇸🚨 What an incredible moment for our family! Today on Varney & Co., Stuart Varney brought up Steve Moore’s recent Rasmussen Reports article about Braelyn and the barriers seriously ill Americans face in accessing promising experimental treatments! Steve shared Braelyn’s story and called out the FDA, saying it’s CRUEL to withhold promising investigational treatments from desperately ill patients. Varney agreed, arguing that patients facing terminal illnesses should have the freedom to accept the risks of experimental treatments without liability concerns preventing companies from providing them. Then Steve asked a powerful question: “Whatever happened to my body, my choice?” He also pointed out that President Trump supports Right to Try, yet significant barriers remain between patients and the treatments they desperately need. THIS is the conversation we’ve been fighting to bring into the national spotlight! Our 19-year-old daughter is attending college, and her latest MRI shows no evidence of cancer recurrence. Yet we still have to travel to ENGLAND for her ongoing DCVax-L treatments—developed right here in AMERICA! We are so incredibly grateful to Steve Moore and Stuart Varney for bringing attention to Braelyn’s story and, more importantly, to the countless patients who deserve a fighting chance. Patients facing life-threatening illnesses shouldn’t have to fight their own government for the opportunity to fight for their lives. PLEASE WATCH AND SHARE! ❤️🙏 @realDonaldTrump @DrOzCMS @SecKennedy #DCVaxForBraelyn #RightToTry #DCVax #BraelynsFight $NWBO

I want to add some context to Braelyn’s MRI images that more than 145,000 people have now seen. Because when you understand what was happening inside her brain only months ago, her latest MRI becomes even more remarkable. The image on the left is Braelyn’s brain from February this year. Her tumor had become enormous. When we first connected with Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA—with Thomas McCaffrey’s help—Braelyn already had an 11 mm midline shift from the pressure the tumor was creating. Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board reviewed her MRI, and during our first Zoom appointment she told us: Braelyn needed surgery. Immediately. That may sound obvious looking at this image. But before reaching UCLA, I had contacted surgeons in the Southeast desperately trying to find someone willing to operate on my daughter. Three surgeons turned her down. Her case was considered too complicated and too risky. The options being offered to us were chemotherapy and photon radiation. And I was angry. My daughter’s brain was being overtaken by an extraordinarily aggressive tumor, and I felt like everyone was giving up on her when what she desperately needed was someone willing to try. By the time we made it to UCLA just a couple of weeks later, despite high-dose steroids, that 11 mm midline shift had progressed to 20 mm. The pressure had become so extreme that her brain was starting to herniate outward through the opening from her previous craniectomy. In a strange twist, that opening may have saved her life by providing somewhere for her swelling brain to go. Now look at the image beside it. That is Braelyn’s most recent MRI from August. No giant mass. No 20 mm shift. And after reviewing the images, Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board told us they could see no tumor tissue—including the residual tumor that had intentionally been left behind during surgery because of its proximity to critical structures. This is why her latest MRI means so much to us. This wasn’t a small, slow-growing tumor. We watched this monster create an 11 mm shift that progressed to 20 mm in a matter of weeks. We know one MRI isn’t the end of this story. Braelyn will continue treatment, and we’ll keep watching every scan. But I will never forget looking at that first MRI. It took our breath away. It was terrifying. It felt like being kicked in the gut. I looked at my daughter’s brain being pushed so dramatically to one side and wondered how we were going to get her through this. And then, only months later, we looked at the MRI beside it. That one took our breath away, too. But for an entirely different reason - relief and gratitude. Same daughter. Same brain. Two images I will never forget for completely different reasons. When you understand where she was… you understand why this MRI feels so extraordinary. ❤️🙏 And I will forever be grateful to the surgeon who looked at a case others considered too risky and said: She needs surgery. Thank you, Dr. Liau. ❤️ #DCvaxForBraelyn $NWBO

Brad Silver received DCVax-L in one of the earliest trials after being diagnosed with GBM in his early 30s. He’s now a 23-year survivor. Jamil Newirth was diagnosed at 32 and given approximately 17 months to live. He received UCLA’s personalized dendritic-cell vaccine and was profiled by UCLA more than a decade later, alive and thriving. Sarah Rigby was diagnosed with GBM in 2011 and has been documented more than 12 years later as a long-term DCVax patient. Nigel French was diagnosed with GBM in 2015, entered the DCVax-L trial at King’s College Hospital and was subsequently documented in long-term remission. Kat Charles was diagnosed with grade 4 GBM in 2013 and at one point was told she had only three months to live. She later obtained a personalized dendritic-cell vaccine and continued receiving maintenance booster injections. More than a decade later, hers remains an extraordinary long-term-survivor story. And I found other early UCLA dendritic-cell-vaccine survivors, including Jennifer Sugioka, Elijah Luyten and Gallia Kistler.
IF THE MEDIA WON’T TELL THEIR STORIES… WE WILL. SHARE THEIR STORIES… SHARE THE SCIENCE… SPREAD THE WORD. One way we can support $NWBO is simple… keep this company, science and these patients in the spotlight. We advocate for patients… survivors… and families who have watched this horrible disease take people they love. But we’re also fighting for the little biotech fighting like hell to bring this treatment to patients. Look at Braelyn. After nearly three years battling aggressive grade 4 brain cancer… her mother just shared the words they prayed for… NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. According to her mother, Dr. Linda Liau and the UCLA tumor board reviewed Braelyn’s latest MRI and found no visible tumor… including the portion that couldn’t safely be removed during surgery. Braelyn has received her DCVax induction doses and first booster. At some point you cannot ignore what’s happening. And Braelyn isn’t alone. Thomas McCaffrey… Brad Silver… and other long term survivors have lived and thrived years beyond expectations with one of the deadliest, hardest cancers to treat. These are human beings… not statistics. God bless Kristen Shaughnessy… one of the strongest advocates using her journalism platform and voice to keep DCVax and these patients in the spotlight. Put these patients beside the published DCVax data… the science… the work of Dr. Linda Liau and other researchers… and people should be asking questions. Where the hell is the media? They’ve been invited… yet stories like Braelyn’s are still being spread primarily by her family, advocates and people like us. NWBO hasn’t been ignored when there’s something negative to write. We’ve watched the hit pieces for years. Yet when patients with one of the most lethal cancers on earth are still here YEARS later… living… thriving… where are the journalists asking WHY? That’s why WE keep telling these stories. Repost Braelyn. Repost Thomas. Repost Brad. Repost the survivors, science, research and developments. Support people like Kristen putting these stories in front of the world. Keep $NWBO and DCVax in front of new eyes. And yes… for those of us who have done our due diligence, understand the risks and believe $NWBO is grossly undervalued… owning the stock is another way we stand behind what we believe in. NWBO continues fighting a federal lawsuit alleging years of manipulation and spoofing… while this tiny company advances a completely different approach to cancer. And then there’s the bigger picture… What if GBM is only the beginning? DCVax is a dendritic cell vaccine platform… DCVax L for operable solid tumors and DCVax Direct being developed for inoperable solid tumors. If this technology proves itself across multiple solid tumor cancers… and DCVax becomes a less toxic, less invasive immune based platform working alongside other therapies… the potential becomes parabolic. We could move from one of the deadliest cancers on earth… to a platform addressing multiple solid tumors. That still requires trials and regulatory approvals… but THAT is why this first regulatory finish line matters so damn much. So we fight this from every angle we legitimately can. We advocate for patients… tell survivors’ stories… share the science… keep $NWBO visible… and support the company we believe in. We don’t need hype… we need these stories SEEN. Ultimately… it’s about ACCESS. Access for the next Braelyn… Thomas… Brad… and every family being told there are few options left. Let’s keep this company standing until the news we’ve waited for arrives. If the mainstream media won’t shine the light… we fucking will. $NWBO #NWBO #DCVax #DCVaxL #DCVaxForBraelyn #Glioblastoma #GBM #BrainCancer #CancerResearch #Immunotherapy @HollensbeAmanda @HollensbeBrae @ThomasOwenMcCa1 @kshaughnessy2 @andrewcaravello @eatyershorts @greta @Newsmax @SecKennedy @MHRAgovuk

For decades, glioblastoma has been a death sentence with almost no useful treatment. Doctors looked at 16-year-old Braelyn Hollensbe and gave her one to three months. They offered the same failing protocol they have offered for years. Her mother @HollensbeAmanda refused that ending. She fought the system that told her there was nothing left to try. She found a personalized vaccine they never mentioned, DCVax-L, then flew her daughter across an ocean to get it. Just today, three years later, after surgeries, setbacks, and a fight most people never see, the MRI came back clean. NO SIGNS OF DISEASE. This is what happens when a mother decides the limits of medicine will not be the limits of her child’s life. Make DCVax-L the new S.O.C. $NWBO @statnews @NYTHealth @KFFHealthNews @NBCNewsHealth @WSJ @nytimes @washingtonpost @CNN @NBCNews @ABC @CBSNews @AP @Reuters @USATODAY @NPR @FoxNews @BBCWorld

As a mom of a young man with GBM (unmethylated, Tert Mutated, wildtype) I am so grateful for this family and this post! Patients need MORE ACCESS!!! It's a terminal disease, so why all the gatekeeping @FDA @realDonaldTrump @RobertKennedyJr @SecKennedy
I have been waiting almost 3 years to write these words: NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. 🙏❤️ Today we met with Braelyn’s neurosurgeon, Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA (telehealth). When our local radiologist read Braelyn’s August 28 MRI as “no evidence of disease recurrence,” we were thrilled—but I was afraid to fully exhale. I knew Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board would scrutinize every millimeter of those images. What if they saw something the local radiologist missed? Today, Dr. Liau told us that she and the tumor board had thoroughly reviewed Braelyn’s MRI. They were amazed. There is NO VISIBLE TUMOR. Even the ~10% Dr. Liau had to leave behind during surgery because of its intimate involvement with critical structures is no longer visible. She emphasized how amazed and pleased the entire tumor board was by such a complete response at this point. Her assessment: the prior radiation and the ongoing DCVax appear to be working very well. Their recommendation after also reviewing the Keytruda regimen Braelyn recently started? KEEP DOING WHAT SHE’S DOING. 😭🙏 First and foremost, we give ALL thanks and glory to God. People all over the world have prayed for this girl. I cannot begin to express how humbled and grateful we are. But tonight I also cannot stop thinking about how close Braelyn came to never having this opportunity. Earlier this year, her tumor was enormous and growing rapidly. We sought help from multiple surgeons—including at prestigious institutions. We were told further surgery was too risky. We were offered the same old options: chemotherapy and photon radiation that would affect most of her brain, given the size of her tumor. Her tumor is MGMT-unmethylated, so for Braelyn, chemo was all risk with little to no benefit. And then a stranger I met here on X changed everything. @ThomasOwenMcCa1 connected us with Dr. Liau. After reviewing Braelyn’s case, one of the first things she said was: “This girl needs surgery right away.” I told her we knew that. We just couldn’t find anyone willing to do it. I asked if SHE would. “If you can get her to me, I will do her surgery.” We got Braelyn to UCLA. Within two weeks, Dr. Liau operated and removed ~90% of a massive tumor spanning three lobes, stopping where continuing would risk critical structures. And this time, her tumor tissue was PROPERLY PRESERVED. That tissue was ultimately sent to England and used to manufacture Braelyn’s personalized DCVax vaccine. She has now received 3 induction doses + her first booster. And today? The tumor that Dr. Liau had to leave behind is no longer visible on MRI. Think about that. And then think about what could have happened if we had simply accepted “there’s nothing else we can do.” THIS is why I will not stop advocating for reform. Patients should not have to find potentially life-saving treatment options accidentally through strangers on social media. Patients should be told about legitimate investigational options when standard treatment offers little hope. Patients undergoing tumor surgery should be informed BEFORE surgery about preservation of tissue that could potentially be used for personalized treatments. And patients should have the right to make informed decisions about which risks they are willing to take. Promising science means very little if the patients who need it cannot access it. Braelyn is living proof of why access matters. Tonight, though, advocacy can wait for just a moment. Tonight I’m her mom. And I finally get to say the words I have begged God to someday let me say: NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE. Thank You, God. Thank you, Dr. Liau. Thank you to everyone who opened a door, donated, shared her story, fought for her and prayed for our girl. There is always light, even in the darkest places. Tonight that light is shining incredibly bright. ❤️🙏 #DCVaxForBraelyn #CureNotCovered @greta @kshaughnessy2 @andrewcaravello

As soon as she gets her treatment, the goal is to push to make it available here in the USA for others (especially since it was developed in USA!!! Crazy that she has to go to the UK to get treatment.)

🔥🔥$NWBO Three formidable women. Three distinct strengths. One mission: drive DCVax-L across the finish line. Each holds a critical piece of the puzzle. Linda Powers – The Force CEO and Chairman. She has steered NWBO through every storm for over a decade. Strategic vision. Relentless execution. Capital navigation. Regulatory grind. The leader who refuses to quit and keeps the company standing and fighting. Dr. Linda Liau – The Science World-class neurosurgeon. Pioneer of the dendritic cell vaccine for brain cancer. Principal Investigator of the Phase 3 trial. Scientific Advisory Board. Deep clinical credibility. Decades of hands-on innovation. The one who proved what DCVax-L can do in patients. Annalisa Jenkins – The Accelerator Strategic Adviser. 25+ years of global biopharma leadership. Former pharma R&D executive. Biotech CEO. FDA Science Board. OBE. She brings high-level regulatory insight, commercialization expertise, and platform expansion strategy. The piece that helps convert science and perseverance into broader success. Together they cover the full spectrum: Leadership. Science. Strategy. One builds the company. One validates the medicine. One accelerates the path forward. These are the women pushing DCVax-L toward approval and beyond. ---------------- Let's also point out: Amanda and Braelyn Hollensbe: literally LIVING THE BATTLE to show that DCVax-L can bring hope, survival, and life to GBM sufferers.
