Cignetti to Don Fischer postgame: "I just felt like if we didn't screw it up on offense, once we got the 6-0 lead, that they couldn't beat us." #iufb

I mean, just an all-time TV segment. Making Chuck do Who He Play For multiple times in a row with the same players is a brilliant idea and I was legit crying laughing by the end, my god.

Saw the clip where Travis Hunter explains how he “fake stumbles” when undercutting a route to trick QBs into throwing the ball - he says he intentionally squats low and leans over looking off center to make it seem like he tripped or got caught slipping on a route. Went back and realize he did it to CJ Stroud on the EndZone interception and Stroud realizes what happened immediately.

I'd have pressed the hard reset button on the Colts in 2022 when they lost a do-or-die game to a 2-14 Jaguars team whose fans were protesting their own dysfunction by *dressing up as clowns*. You CANNOT lose this game. The Jags have built a great team since. The Colts have not.

Haven’t stopped them from driving down the field all game. Let’s kick a game tying field goal with 2 mins left. BRILLIANT!

Per ESPN Research: Travis Hunter is the first player with a Rec TD and an INT in the same game since Brian Dawkins in 2002, also against the Texans.

Alabama loses, doesn’t drop a spot Oregon loses to ranked team by 2. Goes from #13 to unranked. Ole Miss still top 10 being propped up by a dogshit LSU win. 2 loss LSU, best win is a dogshit unranked Clemson. Still ranked. Kentucky up 11 spots for beating a fraud LSU. The world famous SEC circle jerk scam. 5-1 Nebraska who took the #5 team to the last drive, not even close to ranked.

I don’t care if it was a terrible game these non ball players were not ON the field trying to hear a snap count in front of 90k people
Can Nebraska be considered a "tough place to play" when they haven't won a single game against a top 25 in THIRTY straight attempts? @highnoonsunsips

It’s with a heavy heart that I’m sharing the Ditka family has announced the passing of Mike Ditka this morning. Da Coach. Hall of Famer. The heartbeat of the ’85 Bears and a Super Bowl champion. Chicago won’t be the same. Prayers to Diana and the family. RIP, Coach. 🐻⬇️ Here’s a statement from the family: It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Mike Ditka. While the world knew Mike as a Hall of Fame football player, legendary coach, and leader of the Chicago Bears’ Super Bowl XX championship team, we knew him as the heart of our family. Mike will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever. With love and gratitude, The Ditka Family

Terrible product every week
if you watched the NFL and thought something didn't feel right, you're not alone: #1 most flags in over a decade thru 4 weeks, refs are impacting the most CRITICAL moments of games most: #1 most red zone penalties per game by offenses in history #1 most penalties on 3rd/4th downs in the second half of games in history and 17 touchdowns nullified by penalty! (vs only 5 in 2025 & 4 in 2024) Refs are impacting the most important moments of games unlike we've ever seen before in the NFL, and even some of the coaches are speaking up full analysis and historical data: sharpfootballanalysis.com/an…

LSU was supposedly great because they blew out Clemson. That's the same Clemson who is 64th in FPI efficiency with the 109th ranked offense in college football. By the transitive property, Ole Miss was supposedly great because they beat LSU at home. Florida was supposedly great because they handily beat Ole Miss (42nd in FPI Efficiency) at home, and Florida got talked about as a likely playoff team by a bunch of pundits. Missouri will now get sunshine-pumped in the polls because they blew out Florida at home - the same Florida that is 77th in FPI defensive efficiency. (By the way - Florida's chances of making the playoff are now lower than Nebraska or Northwestern. I have a sneaking suspicion that won't be brought up by very many people) Alabama's offensive dominance has been racked up against the 30th, 35th, 44th, 82nd, and 91st rated defenses. Kentucky's two SEC wins are by a total of 11 points against the 40th and 57th teams in FPI efficiency. Baylor beat Arizona State on the road by a bigger margin than Texas A&M beat Arizona State at home. Nobody launders overrated wins into undeserved AP votes quite like the SEC.

This is a wild headline. Jesus.
To some, Chris Hansen of “To Catch a Predator” is an overzealous TV hack, thrilled to ruin the lives of people who never so much as touched a child. To fans of TruBlu, his online crime-themed network, Hansen is a crusader against evil. wapo.st/4iMNWkR

I know this is obviously a very, very bad day for Drake Maye, but don’t let it cause you to miss the other reality of this game: The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s best teams. They’re built the right way. Tough on defense, more and more consistent on offense every week.
