You see the big handles keeping quiet, pretending to focus on ither topics and sitting on the fence in all of these? They are waiting for gigs from APC. These ones are greedy. Money is everything to them. Sold souls.
They are worse than the evil ones cos they are hypocrites.

If you understand the delusion of APC boys, you can understand the most complex things in life.
Since the APC youth olori ọdọ, shared 2026 Toyota Prado to his close allies, the e-thugs have been crying all over the TL “pẹpẹsẹ o, people are suffering in the country and we are trying to make them reason with the administration and you are here showing off”.
So, you guys actually know people are suffering? Lori iro, it’s because the guy doesn’t settle any of una elebi. You guys don’t benefit. E wa nsunkun egbere lori TL. Iruironiborun
Do you know what it means for the youth leader of a party to have spare 1 billion to distribute Prados? Youth leader not commissioner or Minister.
This is why when some people were claiming Nigeria was poor and we are not "oil rich" after I made a post saying education in an oil producing nation should be free, I felt like going crazy.
Do you know the careless funds at the disposal of these people? I feel anyone supporting APC at this point is a demon from hell and that's the mildest way I can put it.

I don’t know why I feel one of the game plan to rig this election will be for election to be postponed by a week on the eve of election or very close to that day knowing fully well that politicians are most vulnerable at that time. You have spent all your monies and all spendings already done have to start afresh!
Anyway, prepare for all eventuality! If you are fighting evil, you must think evil but have the discipline to not do the evil otherwise you become what you are fighting!
My business, always is to think of all ‘what ifs’ and prepare the strategy to mitigate them!
Bring it all on!!!!!!!

Apparently, medical ethics now requires doctors to manufacture oxygen, print money to buy blood, and pay for patients’ treatment from their personal salaries. Interesting.
As a medical doctor, let me educate you.
The ethical obligation to treat a patient does not mean healthcare must operate without funding. Emergency patients should be stabilised without delay while payment is being sorted out. Nobody should be abandoned to die because they are poor.
But let us ask the questions your outrage conveniently ignores.
Who pays for the drugs? Who purchases the oxygen? Who restocks the blood bank? Who maintains the equipment? Who pays the nurses, doctors and other staff? And when the hospital has exhausted its supplies, should the doctor conjure them out of thin air?
Medicine is a profession, not a magic show.
You cannot underfund hospitals, neglect health insurance, leave healthcare workers to operate under impossible conditions, and then stand outside the system throwing stones at the people trying to keep it alive.
If money should not matter when a patient is dying, then the government must fund a system in which lack of money does not determine who gets treated.
Demanding that doctors save lives is reasonable. Demanding that doctors personally finance a failed healthcare system is not.
And please, let us distinguish between a doctor who abandons an emergency patient and a hospital that genuinely lacks the resources to provide a particular treatment. Those are not automatically the same thing.
Criticise negligence. Demand accountability. Defend patients who cannot afford care.
But if your entire contribution to healthcare reform is to shout, “Why do doctors care about money?” while ignoring who funds the hospital, then you have identified a problem without understanding its cause.
Human life should not be priced according to a patient's bank balance. But saving lives requires resources, and pretending otherwise is not compassion. It is ignorance dressed up as morality.

HMOs can be very funny. 😂😂
I referred a patient to a specialist.
Tell me why these people sent a mail asking me to carry out “GP interventions.”
My brother, do you know what a referral means?
I referred the patient in the first place because the matter had gone beyond my level of intervention na. 😭
Shu!

You see, that is the problem with most of you. When doctors speak, you people don't understand. Yes, this is the reality on the ground. There are no resources to sustain healthcare delivery, even in private and public hospitals. That is what we are saying.
You think people are leaving the country because they simply want to leave? Doctors leave for many reasons, especially because of the conditions they work in and the lack of basic equipment in hospitals.
You think we keep shouting for no reason? Don't worry. When people get to the hospital and there are no gloves for healthcare workers to even touch them, we'll all be watching.
They will be looking at them. Like as if they are going to the zoological garden where don't touch wild animals.

Homeless people sleep under the bridge while landlords lock their vacant houses.
Children are hungry on the street, some hardly have a meal per day to themselves but chicken republic, GT food and market women etc shut their doors.
Children drop out of school because they can't afford the fees while the school who could have helped them shut their gate at them.
All these are more are normal, overlooked and not talked about, but the moment it involves healthcare everyone one suddenly remembers ethics/morals
Is it not unethical to to turn a blind eye to hungry, homeless and out to school children ?
Where is our humanity at this point? No it is pure business but the moment it involves healthcare humanity resurfaces and Doctors are bad nurses are terrible
Lol
You all are not ready, still waiting for "the doctors and nurses" must go protest.

Some years ago, I was helping this “indigent patient” manage their money. Only for me to resume work one day and heard they threw a lavish birthday party on the ward.
To make matters worse, they almost put me in trouble for trying to be considerate.

When this HMO conversation happened in August, not a single one of you came to clarify to the public that the generic drugs were not substandard or explain what bioequivalence was.
It was in fact the doctors on this and other tweets that made that distinction.
I know what you are 🫵

I don't play with Tavanic
In my experience, I have seen excellent results with Tavanic, the levofloxacin brand.
The truth is that this is what we have been discussing. Sometimes, it feels as though some pharmacists think doctors are making up these stories.
If I have concerns about the quality of a medication a patient is taking and the patient is not improving despite appropriate treatment and good adherence, I will raise those concerns. I will tell the patient directly that we need to investigate the product and consider an appropriate alternative.
Why should one patient improve on a particular product while another fails to respond to what is supposed to be the same medication?
Of course, treatment failure does not automatically prove that a drug is fake. However, we should not dismiss the possibility of substandard or falsified medicines without investigating it.
We need to tell ourselves the truth. If you are not the person managing patients who fail to improve despite appropriate treatment, you should at least be willing to ask questions about the medicines they are taking. Are they genuine? Are they of acceptable quality? Are they working as expected?
These are legitimate questions that deserve evidence-based answers, not dismissal.

I cannot count how many times I would be beside patient waiting for them to buy gloves and drugs before I manage them..
You think the money is entering my pocket directly?
If the patients do not provide these things we cannot work
If they don’t go to records and pay for casenote you cannot put them on bed
If they don’t buy drugs there is no drug just lying around they have to buy it from the pharmacy
If they don’t pay for tests oh Ho
It’s is the Nigeria we live in, stop blaming health care workers and face your leaders.

Who earned N500,000 as a Consultant,
You know firsthand, what HCWs suffer.

2026: you no longer understand why Doctors & Nurses can’t afford to offer free care to patients.
