In 2025, exports of the largest traders, China, the United States of America and Germany, rose at rates between 5 and 6%. Exports decreased in the Russian Federation (-2.7%) and Canada (-2.3%).

In September 2026, growth of the UNCTAD Commodity Price Index accelerated further to 38.8%. This acceleration was mainly driven by fuel prices, which rose sharply from 29.8% to 57.1%.
