Last week, UNMAS Deputy Director Rita Gunaryati Lubis and the UNMAS IED TMAT visited Indonesia for a four-day engagement focused on Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED) Training at the Indonesian National Armed Forces Peacekeeping Mission Center (PMPP TNI).

On 6–7 October, UNMAS joined Arab States in Cairo for a workshop hosted by the League of Arab States and co-organized with UNODA, sharing field experience on protecting civilians and supporting recovery, with a focus on EWIPA, CCW and autonomous weapons systems.
