I’m in love with this sentence:
“One of the most underrated skills you can learn is the ability to ignore your mood and stick with the plan.”

I love this line: Your job isn't to predict what the market will do. Your job is to build a process that tells you what to do when the market reveals what it is doing—and to trust that process more than your emotions.

A trader must build 3 things:
1. A mind that doesn’t panic during drawdown.
2. Discipline that doesn’t break after loss.
3. An edge that actually makes money.

If you're basing your trading on pure fundamentals, I could give you 10 reasons to buy or sell a currency pair.
I'm a technical trader who sees data as speeding up or slowing down what the market wants to do anyway.
Good morning @peakvaluelab Are your views on Gold still thesame? You think we'll still see more sell off?

Hot take:
Trading is NOT a game of probabilities.
It’s a game of risk management.
Most traders obsess over finding the perfect setup, indicator, or entry.
Wrong focus.
A strategy doesn’t destroy accounts.
Poor risk management does.
You don’t need to predict every move.
You need to make sure one bad trade never takes you out.
The market rewards survival first.
Prediction second.
Never copy someone else's entry if you don't know where their stop-loss or take_profit is. Blindly tailing a trade without an exit plan isn’t investing, it’s just volunteering to hold the bag.
