I mean it's why you need to have an established system in place, that system is deployed in the academy and feeds through to the seniors. It's why Barca and Ajax have historically been so good at developing such technically sound players

These posers in the back line DO NOT want to take responsibility and it negatively impacts Lammens and young guys like Yoro and Heaven.
