Uncutting all trades with low cost labor from temporary workers and they are being subsidized by the federal gov't on wages. In addition the quality of workmanship is far below Canadian standards. Most of the employees are completely untrained and unqualified. Building inspectors off the record say they have never seen so many mistakes in home construction. Everyone is super concerned about the outcomes.
