“Doc what should I do for daylight savings” Me: bro you woke up at 4 different times this week. You eat breakfast at 3 different times Your liver is on PST Your brain is on EST And your testicle lost in time Perpetual jet lag ✈️ Calm down about daylight savings 😂
Most people’s circadian clocks are so uncalibrated that daylight savings doesn’t even affect them 😂 No protocol needed during chaos Carry on

Leadership isn't a title. It's what your guys see you do when the pressure is real. Lead from the front. Lead by example… Micro-management is a sign of insecure leadership. I don't "hover-parent" my team. Provide the foundation, set the standard, and trust them to figure it out. Real leaders don't create followers—they empower people to grow, advance, and lead whether you're there or not. via John "Shrek" McPhee Like General George S. Patton said, make the other guy die for his country. Dying is a last resort to keep your team from dying but living gives you the opportunity to keep killing.

This is why I make sure everyone in my life has a cd4/cd8 ratio above 1, a cd4 count above 800 and a lymph/mono ratio >5 Their immunity is my immune system’s burden. Visa versa If you’re not optimizing your health, you’re also burdening those around you
the health of the individual is partly an emergent property of the health and infrastructure of the population around them. The Industrial Revolution is one of the clearest historical examples of this. This is where a lot of the false dichotomy surrounding germ vs terrain theory breaks down. Better model? Ecological equilibrium Our immune systems evolved in small, robust groups where regular exposure to familiar microbes was essential for immune development, and where both internal resilience (terrain) and pathogen exposure naturally balanced each other. Now, collective immunotype has declined creating a "pathogen sink" where exposure is no longer reliably adaptive, but amplifies risk for the collective. That leaves us trapped in a hyper-novel catch 22, where both exposure and isolation can be destructive. That actually creates profound new selective pressures on our immune systems When large groups have too many immunocompromised or unhealthy members, the group as a whole regresses (disease spreads, and collective health collapses or degrades slowly over time). in humans, as in mice, the health of the "terrain" at the group level determines whether exposure to pathogens is adaptive or catastrophic. The more unhealthy or immunocompromised individuals, the greater the "sink" for pathogens, which amplifies collective risk. So terrain theory isn’t what you think. The health of the collective also shapes your “terrain”. Not just your personal decisions around wellness. Your terrain is also shaped by the collective environment you live inside. sanitation, and the health of the population around you. It’s ironic that people who claim to have the most “holistic” worldviews often end up reducing health to an entirely individualistic POV (“you can’t get sick if you eat healthy” or some variation of that sentiment) where every outcome is traced back to someone’s personal decisions rather than ecological determinants + decisions. I still think personal decisions are the strongest lever (at least currently) to pull but we may be headed In the opposite direction if we don’t figure out our collective problems as a society

The next generation of economic actors won't all be human, but their need for financial privacy will be just as real. AI agents will have the same fundamental reasons to choose Monero that humans do: financial privacy, sovereignty, and the freedom to transact without exposing their entire economic history. monero:native
LATEST: 🤖 Arthur Hayes told Binance that whichever network AI agents choose will be “the most valuable network ever created,” with “trillions of agents all doing transactions at the speed of light.”

clearing up the Epithalon dosing controversy: RU 2157233 C1 covers AEDG (L-Ala-L-Glu-L-Asp-Gly) the tetrapeptide known as Epithalon the front page of the Russian patent specifies a dosage range of: 0.01-100 micrograms /kg 10 micrograms is 0.01 mg pic 2+3 then describe a human example using just 10 micrograms daily / intramuscular for 10 days apparently viable as: > injectable > intranasal > topical > oral
Replying to @NocturnalNelly
Mcg is way too low. Epithalon should be 5mg ED minimum.

Everyone tells you oral peptides do not work because stomach acid destroys them. They are half right. Gastric pH of 1.5 to 3.5 hydrolyzes most peptides before they get anywhere. But your small intestine has PEPT1 and PEPT2, transporters built to pull di and tripeptides across the gut wall completely intact. It is how you absorb protein fragments from food. Vilon is 2 amino acids. Pinealon is 3. Both fit the transporter exactly. Epitalon at 4 sits right at the edge of it. They are small enough to use a door that already exists. You just have to get them past the stomach, which is what enteric coating is for.
I took 2mg of the smallest peptide ever made every morning for 24 days. Then I redrew my blood. Inflammatory monocytes down 23%. Lymphocyte to monocyte ratio 4.8 to 6.0. IL-6 below detection. This is what it looks like when the body starts clearing senescent, inflammatory cells. n=1 data below

IV vitamin C for cancer patients has been used for decades with almost no standardization - I get tons of questions about it, like should it be combined with chemo, is it effective, etc. A recent 2018 review in Frontiers in Physiology broke down what the research actually shows, question by question. Here it is: frontiersin.org/journals/phy… and my breakdown below.

Comment: "People are being dumb sometimes and going along with some of the stuff they do. Maybe people shouldn't be buying 850k house that used to be worth half that. They seem to think their house is actually worth that or something. I don't know. Maybe Americans are just too dumb and like to get ripped off. That is sort of part of it." Response: Not exactly. As far as housing prices are concerned, it's actually much worse than that. In 1970, the average price of a one-family home was around $25,000. That price today is around $425,000. 425/25 = 17. People are paying ~17 times what they paid for a cracker box in 1970, and in many cases much more. And every dime of the extra money has gone to the larcenous banks and fat-cat portfolios of the filthy rich. It's a billionaire/trillionaire world. 1970 was as good as it got for the US. That was our peak quality of life. Since then, it's been downhill all the way. And every minute of every day since then, our ratlike sold-out "leaders" and their big-money patrons - the fat-assed globalists they actually "represent" - have swelled like dirigibles, casting a vast shadow resembling a black, futureless hole on the entire planet...especially "the little people", i.e., the White majority population of the Western World. What's especially infuriating about this is that the blimps - the hogs wallowing in luxury and selling us out hand over fist - don't work. Not a drop of sweat do they spill anywhere but the handball court. They just invest in our total destruction and are wildly, absurdly rewarded for it. And as they import the Third World to drive us off our own continent(s), they pat each other on the back for how "ethical" and "compassionate" and "environment-friendly" they are. It's a bold, in-your-face pukefest. The truth is that the filthy rich have been relentlessly wrecking the environment both here and abroad in order to lard their coffers with everything we once owned as they tirelessly feign nobility and compassion. That's why those dwelling in urban environments now risk their lives whenever they leave their coffin apartments without packing serious heat. They need a hot fire lit under their butts before the world becomes a whirling turd under their moronic direction.

There's a total disconnect from reality when a congressional race becomes a proxy battle for people who don't live in that state, and half of whom are foreigners to "fight" (post on X) against Israel-Zionist-Jews-deep state- etc It's a posting battle over nothing real. If a congressman wants to win, he appeals to the voters in his district to convince them he's the guy for them and will make their life better Appealing to online 3rd worlders and people who don't LIVE in your state is pure stupidity, getting caught in the influence trap, likes aren't votes and impressions aren't power

These drugs are treating nutritional deficiencies, which violates the Second Law of Mitochondrial Health, use food first and pharma last. If someone follows Sinclair’s advice that a diet based on baba ganoush, hummus, and nuts is “high protein” they will be overtly deficient in protein and not have enough arginine to make nitric oxide. These drugs do nothing other than substitute for poor nitric oxide levels. In 108 diabetic males (PMID: 31326304) with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction with a mean age of 43, 5 grams of L-arginine for eight weeks was equally effective as tadaladil in improving erectile dysfunction. Another study (PMID: 32441833) in 120 males over the age of 60 with erectile dysfunction found the same thing over six weeks. This shows that people who use these drugs are deficient in protein and that this is the only reason they need the drugs. Producing nitric oxide also requires zinc, sulfate (obtained from protein), and antioxidant support (protein, zinc, selenium, iron, manganese, vitamins E and C, polyphenols and other substances from whole food animal and plant foods). Humming increases nitric oxide in the respiratory system and sunlight increases it in the skin. There are no studies on whether humming reverses erectile dysfunction, but infrared light, the best source of which is sunlight, improves erectile function in diabetic rats (PMID: 36869699). This is probably driven more by improving mitochondrial function and thereby improving the provision of the energy that fuels antioxidant defense than it is by the direct effect on nitric oxide in the skin, which from sunlight is mediated mainly by ultraviolet and to some extent by blue and green light. Use food first pharma last. Don’t treat your protein deficiency with Cialis. Don’t use condiments to get your protein.
ED drugs like Cialis & Viagra, when taken as a low dose daily, can help maintain vascular function in brain and muscle, and are a promising, though still debated, approach for preventing & treating dementias. The human data for Cialis (tadalafil) is stronger …🧵
