77 proposed 765kV routes. 18 avoided CCP-connected land. Randy Nunns warned them. The @PUCT still chose to cross it. Why pass the Lone Star Infrastructure Protection Act if our own agency won’t honor it? Will they be held accountable? #txlege
They were warned. Then, by Randy Nunns’s count, 59 of 77 proposed 765kV routes crossed Chinese-owned land in Val Verde County. Nearly 77%. @VOGTforEnergy asks: How does that happen? Texans deserve answers from the @PUCT youtube.com/shorts/LJXe_6jRQ…

California already has sky-high gas prices. Yet LA’s City Council just voted 13-0 to make matters worse by phasing out oil drilling over 20 years. The result? Higher prices, more dependence on foreign oil, and less investment. You can't make this up! 🤡

⚠️ CCP Ties, Texas Power Lines: Why Did the PUC Approve This Route? We are in danger, and Texans deserve answers. In September 2025, Randy Nunns asked CPS Energy, AEP, and consultant Burns & McDonnell a direct question about planned 765 kV transmission lines: “What are you going to do about the Chinese-owned land?” They said they didn’t know. Randy emailed the details. They thanked him. Six months later, the utilities filed 77 proposed routes. By Randy’s count, 59 crossed Chinese-owned land in Val Verde County alone. Nearly 77% were on CCP owned land! How do you overlook that much? The utilities, SOAH judges, and @PUCTX were warned about the national security threat of routing critical power infrastructure across foreign-adversary-owned land. Yet the PUC approved one of those routes anyway. If our regulators won’t protect our critical infrastructure, who will? @TPPF @kevinsparkstx @BradBuckleyDVM @GovAbbottPress @LtGovTX @TXlege @AmmonSBlair @Nancy4Thinking youtube.com/shorts/uu-Z4o4_v…

WV Attorney General @mccuskeyforwv launched an investigation into climate alarmist groups for allegedly engaging in "unfair and deceptive" practices in fundraising and operations. We must hold the radical climate cartel accountable and protect American energy. Thank you AG McCuskey! 🇺🇸

Another defeat for climate lawfare! A NY appeals court unanimously rejected NYC’s attempt to resurrect its failed climate lawsuit disguised as a consumer protection case. As I explain, politicians are using the courts to achieve what they can’t through legislation.

I voted today! Have you? 🇺🇸🙏 Our freedom is too precious to take for granted. Vote your biblical values and remember Proverbs 29:2: “When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan.” We get what we fight for, and NOTHING more. @TXlege

A win for Van Zandt County & a win for EVERY county in Texas! The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just handed Texas a major victory. They ruled that Texas can protect our power grid from companies controlled by China and other foreign adversaries. Federal review does NOT override Texas law. In plain English: A Chinese-owned company tried to force ERCOT to hook their solar project up to the Texas grid. Texas said no under the Lone Star Infrastructure Protection Act (LSIPA), which blocks foreign adversaries from getting access to critical infrastructure. The company claimed federal rules stopped Texas from doing this. The court disagreed and sided with Texas. Why this matters for every county: Your county has the same tools Van Zandt used. You can pause or stop solar, wind, and battery projects while you check for Chinese-made batteries (like CATL), cybersecurity risks, fire safety issues, and compliance with state law. You don’t have to just hope the state or federal government will handle it. Local action is allowed and now has stronger legal backing. This is exactly why Van Zandt County’s temporary green energy moratorium is valid. It gives the county time to review projects while Attorney General Ken Paxton investigates CATL and other Chinese components in Texas battery storage. Other counties can do the same if they have concerns about foreign tech on their land or near their communities. Texas is allowed to put its own people and power grid first. This ruling makes that clearer than ever. Share this with your county commissioners. The law is on our side. The Constitution Pipeline would lower energy costs across the Northeast, but Gov. Kathy Hochul and other Democrats refuse to budge from their far-left “green” agenda. @SecretaryWright is absolutely right to call out their ridiculous obstructionism: 👇 “We’ve been fighting for a year to get this pipeline built... The New York governor has been an obstacle to this pipeline... [W]e have Democrats everywhere standing in front of common sense ideas to lower energy prices.”

Today, early voting begins in Texas. What a privilege it is to live in a constitutional republic where We the People get to choose our elected servants; not kings, not permanent rulers, but temporary stewards of the power we lend them. The people we elect today will shape the budgets that fund our roads and schools, the policies that affect our health care and costs of living, and the rules that touch our homes, property, and daily freedom. These decisions echo for years. Sitting it out does not stop the election. It simply means someone else (often a smaller, more motivated group) makes the choice for you. That is the opposite of what our Founding Fathers intended. They designed a system that thrives only when citizens stay engaged. A constitutional republic is not a spectator sport. It requires the active consent and participation of the governed. If you care about the direction of your community, your state, and the country your children will inherit, this is your moment to step up. Find your early voting location (in most counties you can vote at any site in your county) and check your registration at VoteTexas.gov. Early voting runs through October 30. Election Day is November 3. Make a plan and vote before then. If not for yourself, do it for the next generation. America did not reach its current state in a single election or one generation, and it will not be fixed overnight. But every journey begins with a single step in a better direction. Today is an excellent day to take that step. Vote. Your voice, your future, your America. 🇺🇸

Texas Grid Report Card, week of Oct. 12-18: Demand peaked at 81,154 MW Tuesday, 4 to 5 PM. Gas, coal and nuclear supplied 52.7% of that hour. Wind swung from 65.6% of capacity Friday to just 6.4% Saturday evening. Texans need power that runs on demand. #ERCOT

Texas, vote Nov. 3! 🇺🇸 Proud to block walk with the @BradBuckleyDVM team in Bell County this weekend. Representative Buckley has been a champion of Texans’ private property rights and affordable, reliable power. His pushback on the 765 kV “extension cord”, with a lifetime cost estimated by @drbennettTX at $100 billion, matters. Texas needs more reliable generation to meet growing energy demand. Join me in sending him back to the Texas House and supporting reliable thermal generation close to where it is needed.

Kudos to @BradBuckleyDVM for asking @SecRollins to oppose the 765 kV projects and calling for a pause until the Legislature can take them up. Texas landowners and ratepayers deserve that scrutiny, and a voice. teapaw.org/BradBuckleyDVM/status/…
The 765KV transmission project in Texas is the Green New Deal‘s best friend. This project will further our dependence on unreliable wind and solar generation. @ERCOT_ISO cooked the books to make it so, tried to make Pablo the $6M man, @PUCTX rubber stamps the deal and hard-working Texans pay the bill. @SecRollins, these lines trample private property rights to advance a radical climate agenda right here in your home state. Join us in opposing this project and call for a pause until the people’s representatives take this up in the 90th #txlege

It’s hard to manage a grid, especially one powering the world’s 8th-largest economy (@ERCOT_ISO), when you never know how much electricity the unreliables will produce. #txlege Follow @RatepayersFirst for a weekly snapshot of peak electricity demand, what was generating power, and what wasn’t. P.S. Winter is coming.
What powered Texas at last week's peak? Mon., Sept. 28, 4 to 5 PM: 82,504 MW Gas, coal and nuclear: 64.5% Wind and solar: 35.4% Earlier that day, wind fell to 4.0% of its installed capacity. Source: EIA Hourly Electric Grid Monitor. #ERCOT @ISAACforEnergy

“How much? $100 BILLION, with a B?!” That’s @drbennettTX's lifetime cost estimate for Texas’ 765 kV plan. What do households get for their share? Where’s the added reliable generation? Why not build power near the Permian’s abundant fuel? Watch his explanation. 👇 @TPPF @kevinsparkstx @BradBuckleyDVM @ShelbySlawson @wesvirdelltx @LtGovTX @GovAbbottPress @DrSchwertner @TXlege @TexasScorecard
Lawmakers Asked “Where’s the $100 Billion Number From?” Here’s the Answer 💰 Brent explains why this affects every Texan. Texas spreads transmission costs across the whole system these lines are being built in West Texas, everyone in the ERCOT region pays for them @VOGTforEnergy

@PUCT @ERCOT @TXLege, did you know this? If cattle won’t cross beneath power lines, usable, ranch land is divided. Fewer working acres = Fewer cattle? What happens to a family’s livelihood, and our food supply? If there is another way to create power in the Permian Basin, shouldn't we prioritize that over taking precious U.S. ranch and farm land? Hear Texas ranchers Jake & Christie Hershey in this short. 🐄 Full video to follow. #Stop765

What would you do if your family’s livelihood were at risk? Before building 765 kV lines, why not compare the cost of dispatchable thermal power near the Permian’s abundant fuel? Watch the Hersheys’ full interview on American Energy Works: obbmnetwork.tv/media/aew27-u…
