Save the useful part. Screenshots become harder to use when they lose their source. A recipe, address or reference image needs enough context to be found again. Add the link, name and reason you saved it while the information is still fresh. The sequence starts with a familiar situation, makes the missing context visible and offers one manageable change. It is deliberately practical: something a person can understand and try without learning a new system or buying another tool. A screenshot remembers appearance. A saved source remembers where it came from. A useful piece of communication should make the next encounter easier for the person who will actually use it.
