Earlier this month in Nepal, nine nurses came together for three days of training on emotional support and difficult conversations. We hope those little hearts will serve as a lasting reminder to look after themselves and their colleagues, even on the most challenging days. 🎗️

Following World Mental Health Day, we’re celebrating You’re Not Alone. 💛 The podcast was created around a simple belief: the people caring for children with cancer deserve space to talk openly about their own emotional wellbeing.

Sadly, Araba later died after her cancer spread. But as her illness progressed, palliative care helped her reconnect with things that still brought comfort and meaning, including music and prayer. Even when cure is no longer possible, who a child is still matters.
