UK moots please write to your MP about the new OSA ID requirements. They want every adult to submit id in order to use their accounts. No matter what you use the account for

If you use the internet & live in the UK PLEASE email your MP to ask them to vote against this. It’s going to a HoC vote on the 2nd November. PLEASE ! Your ID WILL BE LEAKED if you upload it. It is a guarantee, and you could be arrested if your posts online go against gov policy.
🚨 NEW: Ofcom says all adults should have to use their ID to access social media.
• Ofcom has recommended four methods for verifying users’ ages ahead of the UK’s ban on social media for under-16s, which is due to come into force in March next year.
• The four methods suggested, subject to government approval, are photo ID matching, banking-based checks, live facial age estimation and digital ID.
• The regulator noted that verifying the ages of 16 and 17-year-olds is challenging because many do not have credit cards, full driving licences or passports.
• Ofcom chief executive Dame Melanie Dawes said the ban can work if firms carry out highly effective age checks, and that the regulator will take action against companies that fail to comply.
with my current platform, allow me tell you about what's happening in Indonesia.
today, massive student-led protests are taking place against the incompetent and self-serving regime.
one of the most pressing issues being raised is the BURNING DOWN of our forests and lands, which has been happening for months. you might have heard about the fires in Kalimantan/Borneo, as neighboring countries also suffer from the haze, but they're happening across other islands too; Sumatra, Papua, Sulawesi, Maluku, and even multiple mountains in Java. beyond the loss of people's homes, clean air, and clean water, we're watching our native wildlife and irreplaceable biodiversity along with centuries-old traditional sites disappear before our eyes.
yet the government has been UNWILLING to take meaningful action. instead, our public servants have been trying to silence our voices online, turning down foreign aid, and waging psywar against other countries, all without even acknowledging the severity of the situation.
budgets for disaster relief, education, and healthcare have been reallocated to the Free Meal Program, the president's flagship campaign promise, which ironically has reportedly poisoned ~40,000 children in less than 2 years, with no one being held accountable.
today, in jakarta alone 14,000 police and military personnel were deployed to confront demonstrators. This is the reality of the repressive, anti-criticism government the Indonesian people are currently facing.
and you know what? WATER CANNONS were prepared. water cannons that have never been used to fight the fires are now being aimed at the people.
today is the Youth Pledge Day, when indonesian youth pledged to fight for freedom 98 years ago.
may this freedom find us again.
Long live resistance.

Y’all, please get out there and vote for the Democrats. This election is the most important one in having any chance of fighting the blatant corruption from the Epstein class, the terror and murder that ICE brings to citizens, and preventing any more gutting to essential programs

i do want all of you to be aware that the horrificness that is a detransition clinic will not end with trans people either and we are going to have state sponsored gay conversion camps. HOWEVER that is not when you should start caring. you should care now, yesterday, and tomorrow

You are at the pharmacy, picking up your daughter's prescription.
You tap your phone. Declined.
You have money. Plenty. But last week you shared a post the algorithm labeled misinformation. Your digital ID was flagged. Your wallet was restricted.
The cashier shrugs. She cannot override it. Nobody in the building can.
You call the bank. They say it is a compliance action. They cannot tell you who ordered it.
You walk out with no medicine and no one to argue with.
No arrest. No judge. No trial. Just a payment that no longer works.
This is what a CBDC makes possible once it is joined to digital ID and AI. And online child safety laws are how the ID gets installed.

When Digital ID disguised as "child safety" passes in Florida it doesn't stay in Florida.
Other red states will be quick to "copy + paste" - Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee
BUT..."child safety" tech policy (Digital ID & surveillance) is not a red/blue state issue. The uniparty loves these policies.
So you'll see this pop up in CA, WA, NY, MN.
Florida has become a national test lab for tech policy. I spoke with @WSJ about what that means for the rest of the country:

It wasn't enough for Florida AG Uthmeier that the Eleventh Circuit upheld HB 3 - the digital ID/social media ban. Just one week later he doubles down with what may be the most Orwellian proposal we've seen for government surveillance and digital ID.
The appetite seems to be more for "stick it to Big Tech" than to actually find real solutions that would empower parents to protect their children online.
No amount of surveillance, data collection, and censorship protects children.
Florida's AG is proposing age verification at the smartphone OS level, which could make it one of the deepest ID age verification infrastructures in the country.
"There is no engineering shortcut: an OS-level age API works by collecting a birthdate at device setup, assigning the user to an age bracket (under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18-plus), and exposing that bracket to every app that requests it. The result is that every adult in Florida who owns an Apple or Google device would register their birthdate with that company as a condition of OS compliance — not to access any particular content, but to use their phone at all."
Digital ID does not protect children online.
This is "government as parent" - and the government makes a terrible parent.

This is seriously further proof they just want a backdoor Digital ID and are USING kids to get it. Disgusting.
They will either have to monitor your phone activity to guess your age or verify your age via your ID. Either option violates our Amendment Rights.

I am very sure that this is malware, do not trust this.
The Switch 2 does not have a kernel-access jailbreak as of right now from reputable sources, it is impossible to understand the hardware without that access.
It is currently impossible to decompile and recompile the game.

Your son is 14. He wants to download a game his friends are playing.
The app asks for a face scan to verify his age. You are told it is to keep him safe. You hold the phone while he looks into the camera.
His face is now in a database. Tied to his name. Tied to every account he opens. For the rest of his life.
Years later, that profile decides what he can access. What he can say. What he can buy.
You did not protect him. You helped enroll him.
This is what online child safety laws are building. A digital ID for every person, starting with our children.
Share this with a parent who thinks age verification is harmless.

KOSA does not “help parents keep their kids safe.”
It’s a federal digital ID and surveillance infrastructure disguised as “child safety.”
Really disheartening to see Florida republicans using government surveillance as their election talking points - I guess at least they don’t hide it. 😏

Governments keep telling us ID checks will make the internet safer. Here is what an ID check actually did for a woman in Pennsylvania.
Cash App demanded Social Security numbers to stop fraud. Hers leaked in a data breach, a scammer opened an account with it, and the police arrested her for his crime. She spent three nights in jail. Cash App now refuses to show her the account because she can’t prove it’s hers, which is exactly what she has been telling them.
Every ID check builds another vault of stolen identities waiting to happen. The more of them we’re forced through, the easier fraud gets, and the people paying for it are the ones who did everything they were told.

I’m scared this is how I die.
I'm unable to even understand why this keeps happening. I'm so heartbroken I can't even think about it or I'll go under. This may be my last window to try to solve my physical stability situation so please help if you can
